30/03/2026: Good beer, many different ones to choose from. We had fried risotto balls with truffle mayo and parmesan as a starter, highly recommended! And the main course "Bryggerben": spareribs with fries, barbecue sauce on beer, coleslaw, then you're done and it just tastes good!
22/02/2026: Friday 18 -2-26 I was invited to a birthday party where the main course was fried steak. It was so badly fried and was so tough that the knife couldn't cut it. It's the worst steak I've ever had. What was the chef thinking? They didn't even come over and ask how I wanted the steak fried, so no stars from me.

01/12/2025: There's a reason it started out as "Temlig Hemlig Syd-Øst For Paradis". A real gem on Bornholm.
I love going there because everything works! The food is a good mix of everything good. The bread for the food/tapas etc. is sourdough bread from Svaneke Brød.
The dish of the day in the evening is vegetarian and is made with ingredients from a farm on Bornholm.
Such a cozy and happy atmosphere.
You might as well be somewhere "down south". ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
