12/07/2026: What a delightful surprise! Without much searching, we found ourselves surrounded by the crew's boundless creativity and experimental spirit, all while enjoying a delightful and appreciative audience at the tables.
The wine pairing (Mouton) was superb, perfectly complementing the vibrant eight-course surprise menu.
We'll be back and will be talking about this wonderful evening for a long time to come. 🫶🏻🇩🇰🙏🏻😍

02/08/2026: Disappointing food despite the reviews: bland, undercooked main courses: minced steak and breaded fish on thick slices of bread, excessive sauce; and the white wine served was not chilled; avoid this place for over €50 per person for a starter and main course
31/07/2026: The food was very delicious and the service was superfriendly and quick. One of us also needed gluten free food – which was no problem as the restaurant offers a special online menue, where you can tick off your dietry restrictions and all options will be shown. We will definitely go there again :-)

02/07/2026: Imagine meeting a staff with such genuine commitment and joy to tell about this absolutely fantastic store! It was a huge experience to be allowed to see the cozy old management offices on the 1st floor. The store itself appears incredibly well-kept and delicious! Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy a glass in the well-stocked wine bar. We are grateful for that - which will certainly happen the next time we visit Kjær and Sommerfeldt! Thank you so much for the experience!

24/09/2025: Absolute gem of a restaurant! It’s a set menu but they do surprise you with some extra courses. The potato was the best thing ever. Overall really enjoyed the menu, unique flavours and textures. Highly recommend making a booking and stopping by. Perfect for a moody date night
22/09/2025: We had a great time at Høst, it’s clearly a very busy place and due to that it is very systematic and quick service, each course arrived very quickly after another. Maybe even too quickly but it suited us well. We had the 3 course menu and bottle of Albariño wine that was both nice. Few surprise courses came during the meal.

27/07/2026: We were a group that wanted to meet for some food and socializing before going to some afterparty. Even though we had each ordered different dishes, we got our food at the same time, which can be a challenge at other cafes.
The staff/bartenders were super nice and helpful, and it didn't matter who we talked to and ordered from, they all contributed to us having a fantastic atmosphere at the table.
A clear recommendation from here.
