25/03/2024: Cozy Cafe in Silkeborg with Sun outdoor seats outside the cafe with an awning in a pedestrianized environment centrally in the city center with beautiful decorative decorations. The interior of the cafe is modern art and good tables with chairs. Marble floor. The new red tables and chairs light up the pedestrian environment and extremely nice service. The newly renovated yellow house facade shows good color design in one of Silkeborg's beautiful streets. I ordered a Picasso burger. Very special made with crispy fries and steak prepared from Himmerland meat and exquisite ingredients, super quality.

11/12/2023: We were supposed to hold an event at the café in November. The buffet was excellent, but much of the food was buy-in food that was simply heated. A bit disappointing. The service from the youth workers was quite nice, but the service, from what I assume is the owner, was service-abandoned. No interest in providing any kind of service. We got the feeling that we were a nuisance by coming. In any case, we don't want to arrange anything down there another time.. Our guests also commented that she was rude - both to them, but also to her employees. The youth workers also seemed to be slightly "afraid" of her. At one point, she was sitting at a table next to the bar with some friends, directing the youth workers what to do. It's not a very good signal to send to your guests.

09/12/2023: My boyfriend and I had called down to the cafe to ask if we could use our smartbox at them. Our smartbox rang for brunch for 2 people. We are told by an employee on the phone that it applies to both people and that we can just come down and have brunch and then "pay" with our smartbox. When we have eaten and have to go over and "pay", they suddenly want us to pay DKK 189 for the food. My girlfriend and I say that we have called and been told that smartbox one applies to both of us. So we will not pay. After some time where we have discussed with the employees, we are allowed to leave without paying any more. It's a shame that it has to spoil our experience. We will never buy a smartbox again or go to that cafe.
