The three floors also make it possible for the bar to have different atmospheres that doesn't deviate from the general vibe.

01/04/2024: The food was super nice, and very innovative, considering that it is "just" a cafe.
It is definitely worth a visit, regardless of whether you want a burger or a light meal.
There was a fine focus on whether you had what you needed and whether the food tasted as it should.
An avocado cream was missing for one dish, but it was quickly found, and an apology was made for the oversight.
All in all, good place, with reasonable prices.

25/03/2024: Delicious food and a hygge atmosphere. Boook in advance. Also, order starters because the main dish takes time to be prepared.
10/03/2024: This place is a hidden gem in Aarhus.
The food was fantastic, a different atmosphere but in a cool and good way, and not least the beautiful light-haired girl with the rebel tattoo on her right arm, made a great impression on work / service, not to forget the brunette who also gave really nice service.
Big thanks to everyone, will definitely come again.

We were curious to see if the reviews matched our experiences. And they did. The food was super delicious. The service was very accommodating. Pondus is definitely worth a visit
11/03/2024: Pondus is a hidden gem next to the canal in Aarhus. We loved it! The ”Bistro style place, specializes in farm to table with primarily organic/Danish ingredients. The tasting menu featured five courses all paired well with flavorful wines. The price is spot on with the service and quality of meal. The menu changes seasonally and the chef is accommodating for vegetarians and pescetareans. The standout appetizers and the braised free range pork belly and fried turbot tacos were outstanding! The service and knowledgeable staff really made the evening enjoyable. Pondus earns my five stars and glad to see a Michelin Bib Gourmand.

21/01/2024: Hyggelig og nærværende vært. Nikolaj gav sig god tid til ar fortælle om hans skønne vinbar. Vi fik et skønt glas Bourgogne, som smagte fantastisk.
Næste gang vi kommer skal vi have meget bedre tid, for vi fornemmede en helt speciel og hyggelig stemning 🤗

Vi får en meget lille skænkning og påtaler det, men får at vide at der er det i det skal være. Ikke noget med “et glas vin hos os er på xxx cl”
Meget ung og uerfaren servering
I får ikke en krone mere fra mig.

02/04/2024: Very small tables. It was hard to be around. We were 7 adults and 2 children. The food was ok. We had a buffet. The heat was hot but mediocre standard.
The waiter was English speaking and since the IT system was in Danish it caused some challenges with ordering. But they were friendly
01/04/2024: The restaurant is great. We went to the BBQ buffet twice for lunch and once in the evening. The steak was on point, as were the spare ribs. The service shone with attentiveness and friendliness. The atmosphere is rustic and very cozy. Always my pleasure.

17/03/2024: Røsti'en der var under det porcherede æg var ikke frisk stegt,og banankagen var heller ikke frisk bagt,vi fik en Drudenfuss brunch.
Derefter skulle jeg på wc,de var under al kritik,der lugtede fælt af urin,og der var møg beskidt☹️
I må hellere få de toiletter rengjort i en fart,det ene var iøvrigt stoppet.

However, it quickly becomes noisy in there due to the size of the room and the lack of materials that can dampen noise.
Not very engaged staff behind the bar as he was very busy on his phone.
So that there were some others who ordered chips and the like, very small portions, for min. DKK 35

Polite service and the option of tasting beer before ordering.
Can be highly recommended.

25/03/2024: Cozy Cafe in Silkeborg with Sun outdoor seats outside the cafe with an awning in a pedestrianized environment centrally in the city center with beautiful decorative decorations. The interior of the cafe is modern art and good tables with chairs. Marble floor. The new red tables and chairs light up the pedestrian environment and extremely nice service. The newly renovated yellow house facade shows good color design in one of Silkeborg's beautiful streets. I ordered a Picasso burger. Very special made with crispy fries and steak prepared from Himmerland meat and exquisite ingredients, super quality.
