23/06/2026: We experienced a significant wait. We had to approach the staff ourselves to place our order for drinks and food. It took about an hour from the time we ordered until the food was served. Unfortunately, the toilet facilities were in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition. It appeared as if they had not been cleaned for several weeks.🤮🤢 We were there early in the day, when you would expect everything to be in order.

17/03/2026: Nice and cozy atmosphere - great service - nice and attentive staff. The food was ok, but not a wow experience.

15/07/2026: They forgot the chicken in the chicken salad. The sausageS(plural)/egg/bacon platter came with yesterday's bread and was the saddest plate I've seen served in years with 1 cocktail sausage and 1 tiny strip of bacon. They forgot the fries on the club sandwich, and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. I'm not sure if there's a substitute chef in today or what, but our experience was horrible. The server was friendly, that's the one positive thing we can say about this place.

07/07/2026: There were 12 of us who came by and wanted lunch. Miserable. No butter on the rye bread under the cold cuts. Fish fillet, a slice of lemon, nax, a teaspoon of remoulade. Chicken salad without bacon, just with a little greens on top was served on rye bread. I will never come back. By the way, all 12 of us agreed on that.

07/03/2026: We just picked up 3 different burgers as takeaway. Wow! We'll happily drive to Hvalsø to pick up food another time. Thanks for the fantastic food.

19/05/2026: The fish fillets were completely dry and not easy to cut. The sausage roll was ok.

10/07/2026: We visited Vivaldi Café in Holbæk for dinner and ordered a burger and chicken breast with mashed potatoes, grilled cabbage and potato mousse. Unfortunately, the burger was completely inedible. The meat was of very poor quality, dry, tasted and smelled strange and did not seem fresh. When we brought the problem to the attention of the staff, the waiter simply took the plate away and said that he would tell the chef. No new burger, another dish or any kind of solution was offered. The result was that we had to share one dish, while the burger went straight back - but we still paid for it. The service was also very unprofessional. After we had sat down, we waited a long time to be allowed to order, although the staff was clearly not in a hurry. Two girls from the staff stood at the entrance and talked to each other instead of welcoming guests or coming to our table. During the entire visit, no one asked if the food was okay, and the tables were not cleared either. Unfortunately, the terrace did not look inviting either. The chairs and furniture were dirty, and there were bird droppings in several places. This is neither appetizing nor acceptable in a place where food is served! The “homemade” lemonade was also a big disappointment. It tasted like cheap syrup mixed with sparkling water and did not live up to expectations at all. It is really a shame, because the restaurant is large and has great potential. With such poor food, lack of service and inadequate cleaning, the experience is unfortunately very disappointing. I cannot recommend the place. Thanks for this time, but we will never come back!

06/07/2026: Came in the middle of the day and had a sandwich. The food was neither particularly great nor bad. 2 people each ordered a sandwich and a soda. Price just under 500kr. We'll probably find another alternative another time.

15/05/2026: Vivaldi ros torv is a cozy place, but a bit on the expensive side

28/03/2026: It has really become poor. 169kr. For a burger with fries. The chicken has been converted into a ready-made chicken burger, which can also be found in the local supermarket. 13 fries, simply too poor for that price. The prices are getting more expensive, more expensive and the quality worse, if I knew the quality had become so bad we would have gone to Burger King and gotten a crispy chicken for 1/3 the price, where the bun would also have been juicier.

21/11/2025: Everything about this place i adore. Great food, drink and company.

02/09/2025: Good cafe that unfortunately changes owners like the rest of us change summer tires on our cars. But luckily they don't try to reinvent the wheel... a cafe that works. Also good for kids.
