17/01/2026: It's hard to rate the food as we never got a chance to order even though it wasn't busy. Service is non-existent here, and the food may be good, but it's hard to rate when you can't even order.

18/12/2025: Delicious Danish-French fusion. Elegant brasserie with refined dishes. A must-visit!

07/12/2025: Café Vivaldi in Roskilde, located at Ro's Torv 1, st. 12, 4000 Roskilde, was one of the worst restaurant experiences I had today. Due to the large number of customers, the staff was far from enough to provide proper service. It seemed as if the employer only thought about money. We were in the restaurant between 10 am and 1 pm and only received our order for coffee and juice after 11:30 am!? To help the staff: -If you see that the café is crowded, do not go there. -Due to a lack of staff, they cannot handle all the guests properly. -Maybe these young employees are the same age as your own children. -Please help ensure that they can work in peace and with less stress.
