05/10/2026: I would like to inform you that I could speak to the manager today by appointment, which I did, if we were dissatisfied on Friday, I must say that the manager was fully aware that their staff on Friday could not live up to the service of all the guests they had, which he could only apologize for, he fully accepted my proposal for compensation - We will of course give the place an opportunity to also make us satisfied! We have heard from others that it was probably as the manager said it was one unlucky day, as they have been satisfied several times!! And who has not tried to - everything goes wrong - Thank you for accommodating our complaint!!! Friday 02.10. I go into the café at about 13.30 to book a table for 4 at 18.30 also order what we want to eat, of course everything is noted with my name. We arrive at 18.10 stand in line at the door for 20 minutes. When we are seated, I say that we have ordered food, here is the answer - yes I will come to you - after 20 minutes the waiter comes so that we can order drinks, there I ask if he said we have come. No, the receipt with our order has disappeared so no one knows the order, but there was still a table for 4 on our table when we came!! This whole visit ends with us getting our food at 7:40 pm - I apologize quite clearly to the waiter that the wine we have been served, (3 glasses) he has to deduct from the bill!!! Yes I will do that, he answers, but it doesn't happen, I am told I have to talk to the boss! Who is still busy in the kitchen! He rejects me and asks me to come back tomorrow, I know he thinks I don't want to come back, but he is wrong!!! We experienced that there were 2 times 2 customers who left the place because they didn't get their food either!! What's the point of treating your guests like that, if the food wasn't that good, you wouldn't bother waiting about 1½ hours after everything was ordered in the afternoon - We've been there for the last time anyway.

29/09/2026: Always a pleasure at Vesterleds Pizza House.

27/04/2026: Delicious delicious delicious so simple. Worth the money

04/09/2026: Nostalgic. Slot machines and beer! The food was good. A little Scandinavian spiced. For me it reminded me of local restaurants in the 90s.

22/07/2026: Margarita Pizza was good. What about your meat? Is it halal?

30/04/2026: Really good pizza service feels welcome

11/08/2026: I got two very small fish fillets and they were far from the best I've had.

27/06/2026: It was cozy at St. Hans' Eve. 🍀❤️🏡👍🌞🔥🇩🇰

08/05/2026: Very cozy place, their pizza was delicious, thin and easy to eat. Highly recommended

27/08/2026: REAL Greek steaks 😋 -and good service 👍

24/07/2026: Perfect place to enjoy some quick good food

20/09/2026: Worst service ever. Standing and trying to order, when someone else is standing and saying one thing after another into the microphone to the employee you are actually supposed to talk to in the drive-in. I get told off for it, but it still continues. Then I go over what I ordered with him, where he says yes, but when I get home and look at the receipt and more, I can see that some of the order is missing. Super disappointing.

15/09/2026: Nice McDonald's with fast and friendly service.

19/02/2026: Unfortunately, you can't make a good pizza 🤮 that's really bad

24/01/2026: NEW OWNER (Del Rossa Pizzaria) Amazing pizzas and friendly staff. A completely different level of quality than the previous Købmandsgården. Highly recommended from here!
