06/10/2024: Incredibly attentive waitress. Fantastic fish fillet. Had to give in and had a chocolate cake with the coffee. It was absolutely terrific.

23/11/2024: Super cozy place. Informal where the locals came by. Simple food selection but cheap. Had tartlets, were really good. Try their Irish coffee, rarely tasted so good.

07/10/2024: The place is one of the most beautiful locations I can think of, what a beautiful view! Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the view, nor did the price. We got fish 'n chips and a chicken burger. The fries were soft and not quite done. Same thing with the fish, the burger was pretty ok. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately she brought in the main course when we were barely halfway through the starter. We love the place and hope to enjoy the view and good food there many times in the future. So it is in the best sense that we write to draw attention to the fact that there are these details.. Her service was great and the food was good too. All in all good service with fantadtic food, made our evening more special. Thanks to GRY for being so wonderful

17/11/2024: Awful hotel service. Two websites for this place - one advertising rooms and one not, both with the same manager name/email address on, who claims to not have rooms (see reply below). Who manages these websites then, goodness knows, but someone is doing so and taking booking requests. We had friends travelled thousands of miles from Texas to stay, and advised them on this local hotel, which clearly has a sign outside for 2 & 4 person rooms and apartments. The ‘confirmation email’ had no information on arrival, reception, costs, food, nothing. No credit card was taken for the booking. On arrival, the place was locked up, absolutely no way of getting in. Normal hotels tend to have night staff (the hotel up the road does) or at least speak to customers and confirm details around late check-in. Friends had to call us at midnight and sleep in a makeshift bed on our floor after a long haul flight. Upon discussion about how to use their booking and how to get in for their second night, they were told a key could be left under a mat for them (???) and if they didn’t want that then never to contact the hotel again - which is just plain rude. Absolutely bizarre way of booking and informing customers. Having eaten here also, the food seems like it mostly comes out of the freezer so I have no idea why it’s got so many stars. Unreliable and below par service. Try the place up the road - much nicer.

20/07/2024: Smoothest and creamiest ice cream I’ve ever had! Down side is that it melted fast so you needed to eat it fast! Take lots of napkins with you if you take it to go!

05/06/2024: 5 HUGE BIG STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the best place I've ever had ice cream!✨🍦✨ The ice cream is homemade from the morning including their soft ice cream, already there, What Not To Like ✨🤩✨ They have a huge whipped cream machine, it resembles a soft ice machine, so they don't just run out of whipped cream like so many other ice cream shops. It was the sweetest, most smiling and most welcoming service we received from 3 young people, wait, how sweet they were✨🥰✨ I got a ball with pistachio and a ball with hazelnut, also soft ice on top✨🍦✨ ✨Delicious, tastiest ice cream!✨ A very cozy place and cozy atmosphere to sit and eat your ice cream. We will definitely come again!✨🍦✨
