19/02/2025: Nice evening at the beg house. Sweetest owners you can imagine and with good food and atmosphere it is definitely worth a visit. We were at an event with The Fortress. Beautiful music and this time with line dancing. Atmosphere and party - it doesn't get any better.

15/12/2024: Dejlig frokost i hyggelige omgivelser. Restauranten er god gammeldags krostueagtig og den gode stemning slår en i møde fra første øjeblik. En gæst er på vej ud og deler sin begejstring for maden med os. Super søde og smilende tjenere. Der var næsten fuldt hus, men vi fik et godt bord bagerst. Menuen byder på klassiske danske retter og gedignt smørrebrød til 89 kr stykket. Vi valgte 3 tarteletter med høns i asparges og det var det helt rigtige valg. Mætte og glade giver vi 5 stjerner for mad, atmosfære og betjening.

21/03/2025: Super cozy Italian family restaurant. Good food for everyone, big and small. If you are in Dragør, it is definitely recommended.

16/01/2025: We are so happy to have found this little gem of a pub in Dragør! The Fasan Pub has such a warm and inviting atmosphere with lovely décor that makes it feel cozy and unique. The landlady was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. They serve great Danish beer on tap, which was a real treat, and we had a fantastic time enjoying the pool table. A perfect spot to relax and soak up the local vibe—highly recommended!

23/03/2025: Disappointing brunch experience despite good intentions It is clear that Sylten has new owners with well-meaning ambitions – unfortunately, the execution is lagging significantly. We stopped by for brunch today and ended up waiting a full 1 hour and 15 minutes for a series of small and uninspired servings. The food had the appearance of being unambitious and did not seem well thought out. We were far from the only ones – several other guests also seemed to wait far too long. The staff seemed young and inexperienced, and it was clear that both the kitchen and the service were having a hard time keeping up. According to the waiter, the delay was due to a party, which did not seem to be very large – and should hardly have brought down the entire operation. 2 stars must be given from here – one for the good intentions and one for the attempt. But there is a long way to go if Sylten is to raise the level and match the expectations of a good brunch experience.

23/03/2025: Experience below the low point! No form of welcome or friendliness when we showed up. We had a table for brunch but they had not registered our reservation. We still got a table after some confusion and ordered - with information about a 45 minute wait for the food - after we had ordered. We accepted the wait. After an hour without any form of information or staff contact to our table we approached - "the food was on its way" but no clear announcements. After 1.5 the "boss" comes and says that the prospect of the food is "indefinite" with the message of "what should I do"... maybe hire more competent staff and take a management course!!? We had waited 1.5 hours and agreed to wait "just 20 minutes more" - after another 25-30 minutes and a total of two hours after arrival still no prospect of food and we choose to leave. Under that criticism and the handling very unprofessional. Not recommended.

16/01/2025: This is a great spot for coffee and pastries! The place is clean, with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your treats. The pastries are fresh and delicious, and the coffee is excellent. The service is friendly and efficient—perfect for a quick break or a leisurely visit!
