20/12/2024: The acoustics in the room were unfortunately very poor. There was a good number of diners so there was a lot of talking, which made it difficult to hear what was being talked about at our table of 4. That was the only thing to put off about the place. Really delicious food, fantastic staff and cozy place.

11. Friske sommerruller med rejer shrimp roll (good)
21. Lotussalat med rejer lotus root salad (sweet and sour)
Oksekødssalat i limesaft
Beef salad with lemon juice (very delicious, highly recommended)
38. Dampet tapiokakager Vietnamese steamed dumplings? (generally)

26/12/2024: Youmi Sushi er familiens favorit sushi place. Her er højt til loftet og plads til både store og små. Sushien er altid super lækker og af høj kvalitet, udvalget af sushi er godt og betjeningen er venlig.
Der er altid travlt, især i weekenderne, så her er der altid lidt ekstra ventetid på maden, men så længe selskabet er godt og sushien er lækker, så er det intet problem at vente lidt ekstra på maden.

But bad experience when we got home
Even during the sushi had to shit 3 times
When we got home I peed twice as many times and had a bad stomach and there were even flies in the restaurant☹️

21/10/2024: Good solid sushi 🍣 we got all you can eat and there was a lot to choose from and it was all delicious and the food came quickly even though the staff were very busy 😁 great recommendation if you are in Søborg and want sushi 🍣 and with sweet and smiling staff 🙂

08/01/2025: The nicest little cafe, didn't look like much but hang in there, their food was delicious, got a very delicious sandwich with salmon for 110 and it was worth twice as much, at least it won't be the last time I was there 😊
24/11/2024: Cafe Sisko, in Bagsværd, is ALWAYS worth a visit, always good for a chat, if this is desired, is always on First name from the Owner Has come there for many years, since 2005 but returned to the city again in 2023, He still remembered my name after 9 years absent from the city :-)
Can CLEARLY RECOMMEND. :-)

18/08/2024: Always nice and clean and, most importantly, fresh produce, which also doesn't skimp on content and tastes good. One of our Favorite Bagel place. Always super nice employees. Our local and one of the best and can really be recommended.

02/10/2024: As the name suggests, it is a cozy little place with a modern interior.
I ordered online to save a little (10%). I was inside Hygge Costa for a few minutes. later and was welcomed by a friendly employee who asked if I had ordered llere. When she got my name she rushed into the kitchen and got my order expedited - even though I hadn't asked for it. That's really good customer service.
I ordered 2 burgers (which this review is based on):
Søborg Burger (150 grams/medium), Price: DKK 75.
Brioche Bun, Beef, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Pickles, Caramelized Onions, Aioli, Cipotle Dressing.
It's a good burger, with nice taste, I especially liked the bacon, but for the price I expected a little more. I know that brioche buns have become very popular, but I would have preferred a classic (toasted) sesame bun (3.5 out of 5)
Pulled Pork Burger, Price: DKK 95.
Brioche bun, Salad, Pulled pork, Roasted onions, Pickled cucumbers, Bbq, Dijon mayo.
This burger was really delicious and the meat has not been spared - there is plenty of flavor both in the meat and the other elements (5 out of 5).
I will definitely come back to try some of the other burgers with eg Pulled Duck, Steak and 'Hygge' burger.
