07/11/2025: I had a really good stay at Scandic Glostrup. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the hotel's location makes it easy to get around the area. I can definitely recommend Scandic Glostrup.

10/09/2025: I had placed an order, but as I stood there waiting for it, I saw the guy cooking the food run his hand through his sweaty hair, and then handle my food with the same gloves. Plus, I drove away again even though I had paid.

Got number 12. The bread was dry, and not enough topping.
The onion rings was good.
Fast service.

14/10/2025: I've been there for dinner with some friends. I don't think it's right that when we customers ask for something, we get an answer with attitude. When we tried to ask for something, they were completely indifferent, and never came back. They answered back quite rudely. When we asked for something, they had to go all the way to the table to check if it was really what we asked for!!
14/10/2025: Bad service - not recommended. It was an unpleasant experience with surly staff who neither wanted to help us nor seemed interested in doing anything.

08/09/2025: This is a pretty bad place. The staff seem totally disinterested and they got my order totally wrong. I ordered a family sized lamb pizza, my friend ordered a normal sized lamb pizza and also a two piece chicken meal (with fries).
We both received normal sized lamb pizzas. We both received chicken and fries.
If the owners of this chain do not start paying attention, they are going to lose money. Do better.

02/08/2025: STAY AWAY FROM FRENCH CHICKEN GLOSTRUP!
I ordered 2x half grilled chickens. One with a baked potato and the other with fries.
My “baked” potato seemed more boiled than baked, and it was dry and cold. The fries were incredibly reminiscent of ones that had been cooked, refrigerated and then heated up to serve. Most disappointing was the chicken. The skin was NOT crispy AT ALL and had a rubbery consistency. The chicken itself was incredibly dry (probably the driest chicken I have ever tasted) and it was completely tasteless. The food was inedible and they refuse to compensate.
I would advise people to find another place to order from!

11/10/2025: It was impossible to order food as several vending machines were not working and the staff were not that interested in helping.
They had run out of soda.
We waited more than 25 minutes for the food and it was cold when it was ready.
The toilets were not particularly clean and there was a lack of toilet paper.
2 adults and 2 children, will never come here again.
07/10/2025: Too much waiting time for some hotwings only
