18/03/2024: Beware and don't buy their 5/10 tour pass! The expiry date is not indicated on the card, which makes it difficult to keep track of. After requesting an extension of my expired card due to missing information, I was unfortunately denied. I feel ill informed about the expiry date and the whole experience has not been satisfactory. When.. Then they lose a customer who actually had plans to have a child's birthday with them. Practice :(

03/03/2024: After grandfather took over from Herlev Kebab, things have really gone bad. No taste in the food, even my 6-year-old son thinks the pizza was bad - without knowing that there has been a change of ownership. There is a very stressful atmosphere in there and it seems as if they have no control over much. The phone rings with customers who move and you apologize that they are on their way even though the pizzas are still in the oven. And now it's the second time I've bought from Grandpa's (though the last) and for some reason they cut the pizzas in a completely indifferent and uncaring way. Those who have tried it know it themselves. Definitely won't use this place again myself and won't recommend to anyone either.

12/03/2024: The food is still good. But let me put it this way: It was nicer 10 years ago. Regarding take-away, Suki Sushi is still a good bet, even if the prices are a bit steep. However, the restaurant needs a loving hand to that extent: the furniture is worn, the wall paint has become dull and so duct tape and removable heating panels are simply not a good substitute for installing new doors and windows. The ones they have are not dense.

01/04/2024: Very cheap quality food. Extremely fast which makes you wonder. You get what you pay for. Food didn’t taste bad at all but quality was not great.

02/04/2024: DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Hello, I am writing as a very upset customer. When I ordered a so-called "deluxe" milkshake on Saturday, which, as shown on the screen, should have included chocolate sauce and whipped cream. But when I got my order I was badly disappointed when I got a nasty lukewarm milkshake without any whipped cream or chocolate sauce. I think it's a lot to pay 50 kroner for lukewarm ice cream, wouldn't come back.

24/03/2024: Extremely slow service.. for 8 minutes NOTHING came over the counter.. the atmosphere is cold, dead and very Westegns-like.. on the other hand, the burger was a disappointment in terms of format..

31/03/2024: As usual, the tables were not cleared and the bins were completely full, a bad impression when you come in to eat. 🤔😒

30/03/2024: Always a sure winner for our 5-year-old girl with a burger and a playground. Total comfort. The food is as usual, the staff, we can't complain about that, but what happens to the fact that you can only park for 1 hour, you have to hope the staff are quick to cook your food so you can swallow it..

02/04/2024: Didn't get to taste anything as they can't open the door. I stood outside in the rain for 15 minutes without the employees once apologizing for the inconvenience or offering another way in. I am extremely worried, how will you do during a fire?

13/03/2024: Have been here a few times, and am most often met by grumpy clerks, a somewhat regrettable selection of cake and slightly dry bread. Unfortunately, the price does not reflect either the service or the quality.

01/03/2024: We went in to eat with my husband, we experienced fantastic fast service and delicious, fast food. Have never eaten such a crispy and juicy pizza before. We will definitely come back, the owner is super nice and hospitable. Thank you for the lovely service
