28/05/2025: I ordered a chicken burger, a kids spaghetti and a pizza sandwich I ordered at 6:45 PM and it said the food would arrive between 7:30 PM and 7:45 PM when it was 8 PM the food still hadn't arrived I called and got a young boy. He said they were cooking the food I asked for a free soda he said they just drove I asked how you can both cook the food and then drive with it it's very strange. I asked if he knew when the food would arrive no he didn't know so it was just a matter of waiting yes thanks I have a child who couldn't wait any longer so my child fell asleep. When we finally got the food it was wrong because I have some allergies that shouldn't be in my food was in my food I paid 303kr I would like some of the money back because the food wasn't okay and my son didn't get to eat it because they were too slow and very bad service Hope Grandpa takes responsibility and contacts me because it's just not okay

06/06/2025: I ordered food from this restaurant via Wolt on Thursday, June 5th. When I received the food an hour later, the fries were unfortunately inedible — they were cold, overcooked, without salt, and seemed like they had been sitting out for a long time. I contacted Wolt and only got a response the next day. They offered 20% compensation, which I appreciate, but it didn't cover anywhere near the cost (155 DKK) of the fries. The restaurant offered to make new fries, but since this was only suggested the next day, I wanted my money back instead. After that, the conversation on their part stopped, and I was simply transferred to another Wolt employee without any further resolution. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant if you expect freshly prepared food and good customer service in case of errors.

26/05/2025: Some of the staff only speak English so if you don't speak English then it's just a shame for you. There is almost no customer service. It feels like some of the staff are just there because they HAVE to be there but look like they can't wait to get home. They walk around listening to music on AirPods and don't care
