Tried to place an order with one of the person working there, he did not even answered when spoken to, did not confirm our order.
Another guy comes and takes our order.
They end up making our order twice and get very aggressive once they realize they made a mistake. One of the guy aggressively tells my husband « to speak and communicate better with his wife so that it doesn’t happen again and she doesn’t order too » when I am standing in front of him… Great way of talking to your customers and taking women for idiots, nice mentality… Because we are polite, we offer to pay for the extra order they made by mistake, and the same guy tells us that he does not need our money and that he has a lot of money. At this point it would become comical… if they weren’t so aggressive.
Don’t waste your time or money on this place, the pizzas are gross, no taste and cheap ingredients and the staff is rude and ignorant. Plenty of better pizza places in Frederiksberg, with nice people and great service.

Amigo Pizza

19/09/2025: We have ordered food for delivery several times. It always arrives within Max 30 min and everything is hot and delicious. We have several pizzarias closer to where we live. But amigo always delivers hot crispy fries and good pizza.
24/07/2025: The food was good, but if you're going to order from here, I can't recommend using their ordering system. Call or use JE instead.

I wanted to order, but when their ordering hours expired before they could respond, I got a message that they didn't receive my order. 15-30 minutes later, a delivery guy showed up at my door with the order I have in writing that DID NOT go through.
Luckily for Amigo, they were my last place in my search for takeaway before I gave up, and the order for 150 kr. that I hadn't paid for yet didn't go to waste. But it could have quickly become boring for them to waste time and ingredients if I had cooked the food myself or ordered from somewhere else, because then I would have rejected the offer.
