De bedste restauranter køkken japansk i Hillerød

31/12/2024: Vi har lige hentet sushi oppe fra Unkai i Hillerød her Nytårsaften…. Aldrig nogensinde har vi fået så ringe sushi som i aften, vi måtte smide 2/3 ud da det var totalt uspiseligt, det var tydelig at det var lavet for mere end 24 timer siden, da sushien var helt grå og død, føj!!!

30/01/2025: On a weekday evening we visited You Sushi. We know the chain from Allerød and we have been very satisfied there. In Hillerød, the restaurant is located in an old Patricia villa. In the basement is a pub/bar. It cannot be heard, but unfortunately it can be smelled. There is a smell of smoke, but only when you enter. There is a nice interior in the restaurant and nice space between the tables. There are two living rooms and a suite so you can sit and have a large company for yourself. The food is ordered via tablet. Please note that some of the dishes are served in 4 pieces. 😊 It's delicious sushi and flavorful. The fish is nice and cold and the nigiri are made so they don't fall apart. You eat with disposable chopsticks, which surprisingly work. The food comes quite quickly compared to other restaurants. And it looks inviting. We didn't leave hungry. Drinks are like most. A small selection of wine, Japanese and soft drinks. The floor of the toilet was quite sticky. It wasn't that nice, but I expect that's what they clean in, because the toilets were nice. We would love to come again.
