26/10/2025: I went with my friend for Copenhagen dining week, and it was about 385 dkk each for a five course meal, and we were both very happy with our experience! The dishes were wonderful, the sushi was great, and the meat sticks were very tender and nice. We really liked the croquettes (korokke) and sushi in particular.
18/10/2025: We came two days in a row. No matter what you choose, everything is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing a menu based on your taste. I highly recommend it. The beef tataki is my favorite.

05/06/2026: The ingredients are okay, the quality is top notch, and the service is just as good! I often pick up sushi there, and would recommend it to everyone <3 The price is totally okay! And, order from their own website if you have the opportunity to pick up yourself :)

30/04/2026: I have now been a neighbor and customer of Sukuri Sushi for several years, and I must say that it is Copenhagen's BEST sushi you can get here! The service is good and humble, and the servings are always professionally made! Several times I have also ordered on behalf of private events and the opinions are always the same as mine about the food here😊😊 :-)!!!

16/07/2026: Regular customer here. The food is pretty good but the service is one of the most terrible services I have ever experienced, and every time is the same. We go to the counter, there is always somebody there, completely ignoring us for about 5-10 minutes (today the guy was just chatting on his phone), they don’t even say something like “hi, I will get back to you soon”, nothing just ignoring us. Then we get seated, and the actual waiting starts. No matter how many people are currently eating in and how many people are working, your order will never come in less than 30 minutes and that’s only if you are lucky. We can never order more than 2 times when getting all-you-can-eat because it that would require to spend 3-4 hours just waiting in the restaurant.
Overall, great place to order takeaway, and the worst place to eat in!
21/06/2026: The service was slow and food was nothing special. It is all you can eat sushi quality. Mostly Salmon based. Fish tasted fresh but rice and other sauce didn't have much flavor.

I will always come back, when ever I am in Copenhagen.
14/11/2025: The food was reasonably good, but it also took them a very long time to serve. There was one dish that took them over 40 minutes to serve, which was poorly planned and disappointed☹️. All in all, recommend, but preferably not around 6-7pm.

11/06/2026: The food is fantastic. But +35 min over the ordered time at 19:00. The food was cold. They offered drinks on their bill which we have at home, 2 salads (seaweed salad, edamame beans), which neither of us eat, and finally some discount vouchers of 15% which only last until June 30. Decide whether to go for takeaway or a restaurant. You miss the way you used to be…..
28/03/2026: Excellent sushi. Very fresh and tasty. So are their sticks. The building is not that cozy though.

27/11/2025: The ordering’s so easy peasy! Wait time after ordering was perfect—no dragging. Tons of dish options, and the kids went crazy for ’em. We had an absolute blast that night!
13/11/2025: Not sure about anything. We got "All You Can Eat" and ordered over 2 rounds. The second round took 30 minutes, so I had to ask the waiter if the order went through. 3 minutes later she came with half the order.
We weren't the only disappointed customers that day. Another table experienced the same problem as us, and also went up and asked for their order after a long wait... A Take Away customer only got a small part of his large order and had to wait for the rest. Chaos evening. The food was generally good, but maybe made quickly, as some of the fish on my nigiri was almost freezer cold. It's usually good at Izumi Frederiksberg, so I'm very disappointed with Izumi Charlottenlund.

14/07/2026: Cozy running sushi 🍣 with many different kinds of sushi, baked dishes, chicken, duck, sausages and peas, cherries, strawberries, pineapple, melon, ice cream .... Very nice on small plates. There was also tabf, ginger and wasabi. There was definitely no shortage of tasty food 😋
Super nice staff when we asked for more creme br^ulee, there was also marshmallows..... Definitely worth a visit again, and our grandson and his girlfriend have praised it very much .... 1000 thanks for a wonderful evening ❤️
08/07/2026: Ordering at Ya Ya Sushi via Too Good To Go.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered a "surprise box" (sushi and Chinese food) for pickup through the Too Good To Go app.
My impressions:
Portion size: In my opinion, the amount of food is enough for two people.
Service: The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Atmosphere: I picked up my order between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM. There were no customers in the dining area at that time, so the pickup was quick and without any lines.
A good first experience—everything was efficient and polite.
