02/12/2024: Only used the laundry room. And it was quite nice 😁

10/10/2024: The shop is probably the best thing about the whole station. There is not much space at the fuel station, and the car wash is the old-fashioned kind where you have to back out, if you can get out all the way because of cars. The toilet is also quite worn, and sometimes quite dirty. Hope the whole station gets a good renovation in the future.

01/02/2025: I don't think UMI sushi lived up to my expectations. I have eaten at many all you can eat sushi restaurants, and I would say that UMI's sushi quality was really high, some of the better I have tried. But what disappointed was the restaurant itself. I expected a nicer restaurant, it was all very worn. The website on which you ordered was really poorly made. Exactly the same as other cheaper sushi chains use, e.g. Kasai sushi. I expected more. We paid around DKK 700 for two people. I would recommend, but only because the sushi was really good. However, I don't think the selection was as large as expected.

19/01/2025: I have eaten at Umi Valby so many times at the beginning of the opening, but unfortunately their service and taste of the sushi is not so good anymore. They have set up several tables and you are therefore really sitting right next to each other. The sushi was not as good as usual. The servants are running around and busy. A practice experience. Unfortunately it won't happen again

27/10/2024: Legger inn bestilling på nettstedet deres og får bekreftelse på Mail om at de har mottatt min ordre og at de har gått igang med å lage min mat. Går for å hente mat, men får så beskjed om at det er utsolgt og bare beklager at de ikke har fått gitt meg beskjed?? Har aldri opplevd lignende!!!

28/09/2024: I found the menu online, they have various options. I had the crispy chicken sushi. I was expecting it to taste good but it was much more delicious than I expected. I had a great time there and left very very happy. Special thanks to Jason! :)

23/09/2024: The best sushi in Valby without a doubt!! Absolutely a hidden gem 💎 . All the food are made with so much passion, love and taste. We absolutely love it!! You must visit this place, insane sushi

08/02/2025: I went to the restaurant today for the first time, and it certainly won't be the last time. We were 3 people and everyone thought it was the best we have ever tasted 👏👏👏

28/01/2025: Didn't get a confirmation email so I had to call, I was told it was going to be an hour. Went there to pick up and it took 5 minutes for someone to ask "what are you waiting for?" Surely there's a better way to ask. Then I was told it was going to take another 15 minutes. It took 1 hour 35 minutes in total to finish the order. Unfortunately the order was also missing chili mayo with the tempura shrimp and we got the wrong Kaburimaki with our "Lille vegatarbox" I've ordered many times from Itami, and it seems like I can never count on it being ready on time, or the dishes being correct or consistent with the menu. I understand that it's a holiday and that they're busy. But it's an annual holiday, same date every year, and this is where management fails by being unprepared. When I showed up they had two chefs working and three seatings in the restaurant. Please decline online orders if you're unable to send out the food in a timely manner.,

01/01/2025: The food is delicious, fresh, and clean. The staff are very nice, helpful, and respectful. The only issue I had was when the kitchen was preparing spicy food; the strong smell caused a burning sensation in my throat while I was standing at the food bar to make my selection. I hope they work on it.

22/12/2024: De kedeligste stegte ris nogensinde!!! Både kylling og ris var slet ikke stegt, kun kogt. Absolut ingen smag og de eneste grøntsager var kedelige ærter og gulerødder fra frostpose. Spild af penge :(

12/01/2025: One of the best dinners in Copenhagen! Get the seasonal menu which has so many delicious things. Every bite was great!! We will be back!

29/12/2024: Super delicious food and good service, despite the fact that it all went a bit quickly. Their duck was tender and delicious and well put together with the other peking duck elements. The wine and drinks were also top notch. However, there was a lot of noise from a nearby table where people were talking very loudly and several people had drunk a little too much. And then the music was turned up very loud so that it was difficult to talk to each other. It took a bit of the atmosphere on my birthday but everything else was super good👌🏻

09/01/2025: Quiet quiet place therefore there is no one. The food is cold, just drive around without any fresh sushi, the atmosphere is bad, the service is fine, the service staff is nice, but shut up, why don't you come here?

16/12/2024: Very bad. Open whenever they fill like it and do not stick to schedule. Cancelled my order this morning and changed their opening time to 1pm. What a joke.

27/08/2024: Get your phone number corrected! It's not the right thing, what it says on Google!

14/02/2025: Sushi2500 in Valby gave me the wrong dish to take home the 1st time and forgot to ask me if I wanted to buy chopsticks and soya with it, which I did not realize that you now had to pay for in addition to the food. The 2nd time I came to get the real menu home which I was entitled to, wasabi was missing which I also didn't realize that you now have to ask for it if you want it. How difficult is it to just ask me if I want it when I'm now standing there in front of you? This applies to both the 1st and 2nd time. Do not understand that you do not do more to provide an acceptable service. The employee was also hanging over the counter with his mobile in his hands when I entered the store the second time. I am very disappointed by the indifference and arrogance.

26/01/2025: The two stars are because the fish was after all fresh and the service was ok. BUT: the prices are completely inflated, all types of maki rolls were loose and with very small pieces of fish in them. We have never experienced this so poorly anywhere else. All accessories are optional: Soya, ginger, wasabi, chopsticks and soy bowls. Fortunately, it can be done much, much better with others.
