24/08/2025: We used to have better experience at this restaurant. We tried the ad libitum menu after a long time here and our experience was not the greatest for a few reasons.
1. It is mandatory to get a drink when you order ad libitum at this restaurant. This is for good reason as the soya is eay too salty and some of the options like kingrejer on scewers is very salty that you need to have some drink next to you so you don't dry out. We both felt our blood pressure has increased by the time we were finished.
2. The owner is a nice and calm person, but we didn't feel relaxed at the restaurant. It was busy time of course but the staff were clearly under stress and running around without a smile or anything. Behaviour of one of the staff was borderline aggressive when I tried to take another soya sauce from the buffet in hope that it is less salty (he jumped and said why are you doing that it is the same as what you have on your table! I mean come on. May be I want more!!)
3. Some of our warm dishes orders were not delivered and we were told to take them from the buffet instead which was not made fresh and we didn't enjoy it as much.
All in all, we used to have better experience before.

03/07/2024: Jeg har altid holdt meget af Yousushi.
Denne gang ændrede alt.
Man er håbløst underbemandede ift at kunne levere en blot nogenlunde service.
Til trods for smart iPad bestillingssystem, sejlede det hele. Efter en time, havde vi ikke fået det, vi havde lagt i systemet, men ca halvdelen. Og rækkefølgen var helt tilfældig.
Efter konsultation blev vi bedt om at genbestille de manglende sushi/sticks.
De kom så dryssende efter yderligere 20-30 min.
Vi foreslog, at miseren kostede dem en Sapporo øl på huset.
Da vi efter godt halvanden time, gik til kassen, var der fuld afregning inkl den foreslåede øl.
Ydermere var restaurantens leder ikke modtagelig for kritik, “for hun havde sagt i tlf, at der var mange gæster”…. suk.
Må jeg foreslå, at man ikke sælger flere siddepladser end man kan overkomme? Tak.
PS de sidste to gange, er Teriyaki laksen blevet tør og kedelig.
