Good food. A little more expensive than other places. For example, all the accessories are not included like other sushi restaurants. For example, all the accessories are included in the price at Sushi Amor in Vallensbæk. Ice cream with accessories is also included in the price here.
All in all, a good experience in the restaurant.
Maybe it's just a different concept and a matter of taste. I'm probably just expecting it. Smiles.

Ordered take away for 7:00 PM, only delivered at 7:38 PM.
After which they forgot to bring it all.

The service is quite friendly; they walk around a lot but don't see much. We were beckoning for service for a while.
And when I was paying, he got impatient.
You could choose between kroner and euros. I wanted to ask him which one was better for me... he pressed "euro" before I could even ask.

24/07/2025: Lunch all u can eat. For 169 until 3 pm.
The sushi pieces tasted nice, but were way too big - so you couldn't taste many different kinds.
They forgot a couple of our orders, even though they were ordered via mobile.
But all in all an ok experience.
20/07/2025: Super disappointing experience. The sushi rice was extremely salty and completely inedible. We left and only paid for our water.

29/05/2025: Sushi is very good, but today I had a very bad conversation with the reception. He says that we order too much. We wait almost an hour before we get our sushi order. And in the end there was not all the sushi that we order. But he said that there was a full order. So we will have to make more orders and wait more times. Bad style. So it was my last day in Ichiban sushi. Not recommend.

10/09/2025: have been here MANY TIMES and can highly recommend. the food is good and the service is fantastic. was here with a group of 8. difficult for the ones at the back to get the food OURSELVES but we were able to figure it out together so no problems there. Insanely good food and cakes. would 100% come back here again it is so amazing have never tasted better sushi before. AND fantastic for the price.
03/08/2025: Today was under all criticism there was no sushi on the conveyor belt, just a little shrimp and crab.
This is the first time I have experienced sitting for over an hour and not getting any sushi.
Finally had to leave, and complained to the waiter. His answer was that there was a lot of takeaway - okay is their money better than mine then??

06/07/2025: La comida está bien pero el personal es terrible. El que supongo que era el gerente nos obligó a tomar algunas bebidas incluso aunque no queríamos e intentó decirnos que era una «tradición danés ». Viví 2 años en Dinamarca y esa fue la primera vez que escuché sobre esta «tradición». Ella era una persona terrible y el precio del sushi era simplemente caro incluso para Copenhague. Hay mejores sushis y opciones en la ciudad así que no vayas a este.

20/05/2025: Der er efterhånden mange sushirestauranter i Roskilde. Den klart bedste er dog ubetinget Aji i Algade.
Høj kvalitet og superlækker mad. God betjening. Stilrent indrettet og virkelig rent og pænt.
