19/06/2026: I dunno what is going on tonight. This is one of my go to spots, but the staff today seems really clueless. Normally the taco fiesta arrives in a few minutes, but today it's taking forever, we had a waiter bring us drinks that was not for us and a waiter come over and ask for our order after we already ordered. Service is super slow, staff is clueless, and we are just sitting here waiting, hungry. Might go get a pizza soon 🥲 Update, they brought our food to the wrong table also. This is really sad. I love this place. But tonight it's a bad experience.

20/07/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews for anything, however, my wife and I were genuinely shocked at how bad everything was. I do genuinely feel sorry for the lad that was obviously doing everything himself. He seemed nice enough, but no one should have to wait tables and cook food on their own. Unfortunately, as he had no time to do anything, this was reflected in the unbearably slow service and the poor quality food. We watched one family come and leave, and those that were there were visibly frustrated that the food was no where to be seen, or that we weren't offered any form of "So sorry to keep you waiting" or anything of that ilk. Then there was the food that lacked more than just pasión. It's genuinely impressive how 3 different tacos managed to taste exactly the same. Nothing was inedible, there was just no reason to eat the food, especially for the price. I have a feeling that this place would actually live up to the 5 star reviews we'd seen, if there was a chef and a waiter. But you can't run a place like that with one poor lad scurrying around on his own, doing everything and achieving very little for his efforts.

07/07/2026: Nice decor and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the mini nachos disappointed me. I was expecting more flavor and seasoning, like in Mexico. As a vegetarian, I wanted to try the vegan taco, but it was missing one of the two required ingredients. There are many vegan or vegetarian taco options that aren't just vegetables, and I think they could explore more... Price-wise, I found it a bit expensive compared to other places in the same neighborhood. It was a little sad to notice that the staff doesn't speak Spanish :(

03/07/2026: Food and drinks are perfect but I don’t think it’s a welcoming place for everyone. When I walked in, I recall the attendant looking asking “Yes what do you want?” and very surprised — though she tried to hide it well quickly that I was here speaking in perfect English for a table. I’m almost 35 now and getting quite tired of such behaviour especially again you get coverage by the notable lifestyle magazine.

19/06/2026: One of the worst restaurants calling itself a “Bottega” in this city. It has successfully stripped any semblance of what a Bottega is, and just used an ethnic name for aesthetics. Ive met nicer staff in random security checks at airports, in the US. Extremely pretentious. They were extremely rude to myself and my wife, we asked for allergy accommodation and the underpaid child waiter shrugged. Terrible experience that is becoming a tourist trap at a prime location full of pretentious and unpleasant staff and crowd.
