27/04/2024: Friendly and welcoming staff. Who has a lot of fun in the kitchen.
Delicious salad/bought only salad. However, several buckets needed filling, including cucumber and bread.
The salad bar is also not very well maintained. There are many leftovers both on the table and on the floor.
14/04/2024: Unfortunately I have to give one star, but it's not worth a star. I ordered food around 1pm so I was sure I could get something. A bowl with crispy chicken and half a grilled chicken. The order is approved, but then around 6pm they call and say there are no more chickens. I then get 3 skewers instead, how the hell does that make up for half a chicken. When I arrive, the bowl is on the table and I'm there for about 15 minutes. There isn't much crispness left in the crispy chicken anymore. The fries are completely cold and slushy before I get out of the car and. I am in favor of complaining. Then get new sloppy, but lukewarm fries and then they will give 4 skewers. But the last one was not finished. My patience was exhausted. Honestly, I most wanted to throw the food out on the floor because it wasn't worth anything more

You don't get the food you order...
Ordered 1 plank steak for my girlfriend and I ordered a grill mix, where there was supposed to be 1 Greek steak, 1 chicken fillet and a beef fillet.. but the so-called "plank steak" and "Greek steak" were steaks or whatever you call them used in burgers from mcd
Calling down there and complaining but just being told that's how their food is 🤮 never coming back
So finally stay away!!!

12/11/2023: Poor quality, it's 50/50 whether the pizza dough is raw or not, I was personally down in the shop after and saw how dirty it was down there. Can't recommend at all

03/02/2024: Got a good burger, and some reasonable fries, the fries were a bit tough and dry though, despite the cheese sauce and meat.
But again the price is absolutely good, DKK 29 for a good burger... It's absolutely perfect.

19/08/2023: I usually like the soft ice cream with chocolate coating here. Today I was disappointed because the ice started running before I left the store. I couldn't keep up with the food, it dripped so quickly onto my hands, things and the street. I know Danish soft ice cream differently. In any case, don't come back here so quickly.

01/12/2023: We pre-ordered take-away for 18.15. I call them at 18.40, where the person I spoke to lied (obviously) about our food being on its way. 19.11 we get our food first. The distance from my home to the restaurant takes a maximum of 10 minutes. Quite excellent food, but the service needs an upgrade. Wasn't offered a discount or anything else on the basis of such a long delay. Will not order from there again.
30/07/2023: Food was very nice. Staff is super helpful and polite. We were all completely satisfied and happy with our visit 😊

05/03/2024: A good place to go and get something to eat and drink at a cheap price. We have not been disappointed there...
11/02/2024: The stars are one and only for the 2 poor young people who seemed to be left with an entire bistro. It simply cannot be right that they have to bear the great responsibility themselves. That is why I also chose that my resentment should not go beyond them.
It was pretty dirty all around, there were 5 whole carts with dirty crockery, and they had to pick cutlery from the carts and then wash it off so people could have something to eat. People were obviously upset about it, but what the hell... were the young people supposed to do.
They had to provide both the food, cleaning of tables and friendly service. There were no sour faces from the 2, so respect there.
But there is a lack of an adult who can manage and distribute the tasks, and then there is a lack of staff.
So the management at Bilka, do your job as an adult and make sure you help these young people. And then get control of your bistro.

20/10/2023: It is very regular like most other places.
02/09/2023: We had all you can eat, the food was okay but it wasn’t served in a nice way, some rice were overflowing from some rolls. Just because we left few seaweed and half a roll (because we didn’t like the taste) they charged us extra, we couldn’t even grab the seaweed with chopsticks and we don’t think that’s fair. The cook admitted that they use lower quality ingredients for all you can eat sushi which actually is a good reason to not to go. The table was not clean, the floor was dirty and dust particles around and the athmosphere was also very cheap. It doesn’t worth the money. Disappointing, won’t go again.
