Had booked a table for 2 people, 3 weeks in advance "it was no problem" but when we arrived they just "forgot" to write it in the calendar, so there was "unfortunately" no room 👎 but if we came another day would we get a bottle of wine u/b. Just think they can drink it themselves, since we won't be back. Bad style 👎

Now I have ordered the same dish for approx. 4 months at Lyokoi. Every time I call in I am greeted by a super misunderstanding and incompetent VERY young guy or girl.
I say will have to say what I want, approx. 4 times before it is understood!?? And that's not ok!! At that price!
In addition, their restaurant/entrance STINKS of DISGUSTING toilet cleaner - and my sushi experience will be accordingly.
Spend your money at another sushi place in Randers - it pays off 🩷

We had super good service and a wonderful experience with food and wines.

29/01/2024: The restaurant owner is shocking!!! Then we had a dinner, his always looked at us.. like we want to steal something. It was not nice eating then 2 eyes looking at you… his was looking that we take in the plate, if we eat everything, where going…. The food is really good there. but the owner is rude with clients.. no respect… we loved this place because of food, but not come back there because you eat and really not feeling safe.
Also one time then we was were, his screams on the waiter throughout the cafe. You should to learn more respect for all people. And be more happy that some one coming eat in your restaurant…

22/03/2024: Service at the top. I ask for a little extra of an item in my sandwich, and they deliver in full, without extra payment, and then toomed delivered with the most beautiful smile.
The sandwich, terrific. Freshly made roast pork. Out of the ordinary and beer delicious.
30/12/2023: The best sandwiches. Has real chicken meat, plucked and not fillets filled with water.

04/11/2023: I have bought from here 2 times, when I bought here earlier today, and it was a bit difficult, as I didn't know the address of the house I was looking after + I wasn't at home when it was to be delivered, it was painless anyway. I just got a phone number where I could MobilePay the price of my pizza (which was really good by the way) and I could write the address where they should deliver it to the garage of the house I look after.
They were really nice over the phone. Last time I ordered I got a free Fanta

03/04/2024: The food was good, but since some of us were not supposed to have a buffet, the waiter had a different attitude so we felt we were an inconvenience, so that was the one time we came there.

07/04/2024: Fries were ok but became dry after a short time. The burgers were decidedly bland.
The restaurant was dingy and seemed dirty. We chose takeaway but had actually planned to eat there.
The service was not very good, they did not approach, but just stood and waited.
You couldn't buy alcohol even though it was on their menu.

11/02/2024: It has become somewhat expensive and you may not think you get as much as before, but the food and drink is still really delicious. And especially the owner is always super nice and friendly
23/01/2024: There was a hair in my bagel, but it tasted super good! The smoothie I got (Blueberry Lime) is also fantastic!
