21/11/2024: Update 21.11.24 Return visit to Rasses and my review from 6 months ago stands, still 5 out of 5 stars. Fantastic fried steak, good jams and a sauce that can be eaten with a spoon it's so good. Today the trip came to Rasses forest sausages in Skanderborg. An iconic place you've heard a lot about, so we purposefully drove from Ikast to Skanderborgskovene with high expectations for steak sandwiches with sauce, as you can see from my previous posts, which have been tried quite a few by now. When we arrived there were many people and a long queue. The young man behind the counter kept the big picture and was friendly and service minded towards those in front of us, in front of us and those behind us. Wow a professional guy considering the pressure. Well, the food was ordered at exactly 1:35 p.m. and the food was served at 1:58 p.m., which is super fine considering the many people and the expectation of good food. Wow, it looks nice in the deep plate, nice with the roasted onions on top, lots of sauce and French potatoes. HOLD UP NOW a taste experience. The bun is soft and delicious and almost melts in your mouth, the 230 gram minced meat is perfectly browned and almost falls apart. Beetroots that are home-pickled and the best I've ever had, home-pickled red onions that are amazing, home-made cucumber salad with a touch of dill, brown onions yum yum, home-roasted onions, raw onions, mustard was perfectly matched and crunched a bit without overpowering, remoulade and the ketchup was lovely. But as I have said before, the most important thing in a steak sandwich is the sauce and that there is enough of it. If you're crazy, it tastes good, perfectly balanced and the perfect amount. For me, this steak sandwich is perfect with sour, sweet, salty and bitter. The best steak sandwich with gravy I've had to date and the first 5 star I've ever awarded. At a price of DKK. 140.- for such a bandit, I can understand why people stand in line, price and quality go together, nice people and a nice atmosphere. Thanks for the food

11/06/2024: Held our son's confirmation at Venge Klosterkro and what a fantastic day. From the time we met Heine for the first time, when we agreed on the menu together, until the end of the party, everything just sat in the cupboard. Unbelievably delicious food and the sweetest waiters who ensured everything went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better day than we got from Heine and his whole amazing team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an unforgettable day and we look forward to visiting again. Etc Nicholas

25/09/2024: Now this was a surprise - a swift family get together before going on vacation ended up in a sublime food experience. The chef had his - I decide everything even g !! And we highly recommend you to go along with it - super gourmet- all materials being used for the dishes- made the experience being lifted even more Great wines going along with the menu Will be back

06/09/2024: Their burgers are absolutely the best I've tasted. My husband and my children are also completely blown away by them. Fantastic taste experience. Also some of the best fries I've had. As they are often very busy, the food is usually 10-15 minutes late, BUT I have never experienced that it was cold. Always hot and delicious food. And definitely worth the money!

10/07/2024: Top-notch food and wine at a cheap price. Best social dining in Jutland that we have experienced. Got 13 courses with a wine menu. Exciting dishes and all the wines tasted good and matched the dishes. Really good service and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Leth Dining.

03/12/2024: Restaurant Vestermølle was a first time experience for me, but definitely not the last time I eat there. The food was really good and the service was nothing negative either. I'm looking forward to seeing it in daylight, but in the dark it was really cozy.
