23/07/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant. And what a lovely and complete experience. Really cozy rooms and good service. A large selection of wine (and beer), which our waiter knew a lot about. And not least really delicious food with a focus on taste and fresh ingredients. An exquisite balance between the different flavors and textures in all dishes. Five big stars from here!

01/08/2025: A truly fantastic 2-day gourmet stay in a VIP room. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. We had 2 excellent 3-course menus. Great breakfast as well. Clean on a level you rarely encounter. Can only be recommended from here.

16/04/2025: Ringet for bord. Det var meget tydeligt at jeg var til besvær, blev med det samme fejet af på telefon, hun nåede og høre hvad dag jeg ønsket. Okay tænker jeg så.

08/04/2025: Super nice place, with top-notch service. Always delicious food, and parking spaces are ok for the guests. We use Knudhule several times a year, both company and private.

16/06/2025: Always a pleasure to visit, and both the coffee, bread and service are top notch. The new yogurt? With granola and fruit, doesn't match the price, so I'll stick to buckwheat pieces and the coffee in the future. It's good enough.

29/07/2025: We ordered a light lunch at the hatch to the dock and ate right down to the water. Cozy place where you can follow the activity from the canoe rental and the departure of the Hjeleselskabet. Unfortunately, there were only 2 people working that day around noon and it was easy to notice. It took a long time before we got the food, which consisted of a Panini and Fish & Chips. The Panini was excellent, but prefabricated and it was not possible to choose the contents. There was confusion about delivery, as no clear number was called out. The price is on the high end, especially for Fish & Chips.

23/07/2025: Great place to take a walk on the harbor and boat trips on Silkeborg's lakes, ice cream and food at the waterfront. 👍Canoe rental on the opposite side of the harbor..

25/07/2025: The town wasn't that nice, but this restaurant was very cute. It wasn't as modern as all the hipster places. It was very cute and traditional. The atmosphere and music were lovely. My friend also said: "Even though it wasn't completely full, the restaurant was just cozy." The whole restaurant looked traditional with beautiful paintings. I don't write reviews very often, so I never find it worth it. But if you're going to this town, for example, for the Smuk festival on August 3rd, you have to go here! Because the other restaurants were either closed or so expensive. This restaurant had a good price and delicious food. Plus, personal attention, which I find very important. This was the first restaurant that asked me if the food was good.

26/06/2025: Rong Yu is a guarantee of fullness and a good atmosphere. It's the family's local go-to - there's plenty of space, good facilities, something for the kids and a huge selection in the buffet with good food for every taste.

07/06/2025: God mad. Meget venlig betjening 😎 Med Sushi og Mongolian BBQ. Og selvfølgelig en ret stor kinesisk buffet. Meget hyggeligt og børnevenligt. 😉 I lørdags var vi, et par venner, forbi til aftens buffet, som sædvanlig var det en lækker buffet, frisk mad og grønt og Mongolian BBQ. Vi endte igen med en Lucky Budda øl og buffet. Lækkert. Og som vanligt, flinke og venlige unge mennesker der betjente os i restauranten. Tag for mad 🤩😎
