De bedste restauranter i Skanderborg

05/03/2024: The prices are high, but unfortunately no praise for the quality. At those prices I expect more. Their rolls are tough and lack flavor. The cakes are boring and micro sized. Remarkably, the bake off products in the nearby supermarket are better, fresher, more flavorful and yes significantly cheaper.

29/01/2024: I must honestly say that my recent experience was far from impressive. Already at the entrance I was greeted by an unpleasant smell that reminded me more of old cheese than freshly baked pizza. The atmosphere was gloomy and I could almost feel the grease in the air. When I finally received my order, I was shocked at what was presented to me. The pizza looked like something that had been trampled on by an elephant and I'm pretty sure even my shoes would have tasted better. The dough was sticky and clearly not fresh, the toppings were spread out in a mess that made me doubt if the staff even knew what they were doing. I tried desperately to ignore the weird aftertaste of cleaning agents that clung to every bite. It was as if someone had tried to mask the poor quality with an overdose of chemicals. I felt really unwell and worried about my health. The service was also under all criticism. The staff looked like they had been lifted out of a zombie apocalypse and forced to make pizzas. There was no friendliness or professionalism to be found. I almost felt like a burden when I asked for a glass of water to wash the unpleasant taste out of my mouth. Overall, my experience at Pizza Star was disappointing and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your health and want a decent pizza experience, better look elsewhere.

03/12/2023: thought the cakes looked like something the apprentice had made. bought a space ball for DKK 20 instead, I thought. then it must be good. does the baker care if the rum balls are in order. then they go all in. I should have gone into the shop and bought rum balls from Dankage. I am a trained baker and have never tasted such a bad rum ball. but it is the most expensive one I have bought.

21/04/2024: Bad car wash that damages your car, and poor service from Circle K and their insurance company and sticks its head in the ground like an ostrich and shirks its responsibility.

11/11/2023: Got a Greek steak. Then hold up a shoe so the steak was. Taziki was bitter and inedible. Greek potatoes completely dry. A total bad food experience. Won't buy my food there anymore. Waste of money.

05/09/2023: We come from England and have really had trouble finding delicious Indian food in Denmark - until we visited this excellent restaurant! The food is delicious and AUTHENTIC 💥. Full of flavor and good sized portions. The owner is very friendly and the prices are very good. In addition, the decor is really comfortable, which makes it a really cozy place for the family. We live quite far from the restaurant, but will definitely come back to Hørning Foodtown & Pizza! 😊

18/10/2023: Large boring room, it was very cold even though the underfloor heating was installed. The food boring and indifferent, got served a paper thin egg cake with a touch of bacon sprinkled with some tomatoes. The view was the only positive.

01/04/2024: Bad food not recommended from here I come where I see some boring types that's what it is first then pay DKK 180 for 2 menus where you only get 2 cheeseburgers and 2 trays of fries and while we wait we hear some boring drunk men standing and talking if they have 50 grams of hash I thought it was terrible never ever come I just think I prefer McDonald's the fries taste of old sour oil the cheeseburger tastes of a dry bun it's not a place I think you should come but after a while I thought it was unpleasant to sit next to the alcoholics so we go outside but then someone else also goes out at the same time where I see a lady who can't stop laughing and is tall has red eyes and actually smells of hash so we just end up going it's not recommended only for junkies hash addicts and alcoholics :(
