13/08/2024: Her har vi fået den dårligste Hawaii pizza med peperoni vi nogensinde har smagt.
Peperonien smagte mærkelig, det samme gjorde tomatsausen og ananasen.
Da vi kom tabte en af medarbejderne en dej på gulvet hvorefter han kiggede rundt, som om han ville se om nogen så det. Da han så, vi kiggede gik han ud bagved og smed dejen ud (?)
Smag og behag er forskellig, men...
Det var under smuk fest, hvor der virkelig var mange kunder, så måske var det derfor, de tog lidt let på niveauet, da mange måske kommer for første og eneste gang?
11/08/2024: Here we have the worst Hawaii pizza with pepperoni we have ever tasted.
The pepperoni tasted strange, as did the tomato sauce and pineapple.
When we arrived, one of the employees dropped some dough on the floor and then looked around as if to see if anyone saw it. When he saw us looking, he went out the back and threw out the dough (?)
Tastes and preferences differ, but...
It was during a beautiful party, where there were really a lot of customers, so maybe that's why they took the level a little lightly, since many might be coming for the first and only time?

06/08/2024: Got 1 set of French hotdogs, with well fried sausages and a bread which was also toasted and crispy. If only all the "lubrication" wasn't at the bottom, it would have been 5⭐

17/06/2024: Ordered for delivery at 17:15. The order is accepted for delivery at 17:15.
We wait until 17:40 and think "yeah okay. It could be that they are busy.”
After they are called, they already know they are late and apologize. But the food is still not delivered. A total of 1
hour waiting for 2 pizzas and a burger.
Cannot be recommended.

01/11/2024: We had booked a table at the restaurant, and were also told where we could sit. As we did not immediately know what we wanted to eat, the waiter left again. When she hadn't come back after half an hour we left the place.
While we were sitting there, a lot of guests came to bring food, so I think the food is good, but we never found out.
29/09/2024: Super bad service. No overview or desire to get a handle on orders and collection times, really bad experience. Food ok.

18/10/2024: Rooms are very cozy and charming in the perfect castle spirit, but didn't have e.g. any water boiling device or mini bar, nor was there any obvious place to grab a cup of coffee or tea after restaurant had closed in the evening.
Arrived at a time with very few guests.
While the food is what you'd expect from a place with few visitors (nice enough), the chef did a wonderful job of cooking the meat for the dishes, and especially the meat seemed a nice quality.
For me personally, there was too much modern music noise from the kitchen, while the restaurant had nice classical music playing.
Atmosphere of the castle was very intriguing, and the rooms worth exploring.

05/11/2024: Wasn't busy, but very few staff present, resulting in long waiting times. The staff there worked very hard trying to keep up with everything.
03/11/2024: Not often there is a review at a fast food place, but right here in Burger King Galten the ordering machines were down, the employees were inattentive, their till only accepted cash and Mobilepay. Their Mobilepay number was not close to the till. The pace was slow, inefficient workflows, and rude service. If you need to speed up, it is probably faster to drive to the nearest one. Another family on here got their ENTIRE order wrong and were up several flights of stairs to complain. At least it took 20 minutes before they got their first batch of food, so their dissatisfaction was understandable. The second time they got their food it was crazy again but no inquiry from it. The machines were down, creating queues at the register as the young people wanted to use coupons. In the drive-in, a car stopped there when we arrived, and the same car stopped there when we were leaving again.
All in all a very unsatisfactory experience.
Some people got the excuse that one of their fryers was out of order. This is absolutely not aimed at individual employees, but the management as a whole that has not introduced a system, and lean as a work process.
