16/09/2024: A good msc harsh tone in the kitchen, where the owner reprimands his employees over a long period of time in order to optimize the work process. It doesn't feel very nice when you sit and eat your food. Next time I'll consider takeaway.

23/07/2024: I read reviews of the place prior to my booking and thought it must have improved. On my search, it could be seen that the place has had several owners. That is not necessarily a bad thing in itself, but an observation for the larger context. I ordered 2 pizzas and a Durum. The order was approved and upon approval it was stated that the food would be ready for collection 30 minutes later. No problem, I thought, and ran some errands in the meantime. When I arrive, I am told that they thought the order should be delivered and that it was not ready yet, so I had to wait for them to start preparing the food (which should have been ready already). It didn't make sense if the food should have been delivered at a specific time, and indicates really bad planning and/or a lack of understanding of what you yourself approve from the place. While I waited, I sat down on a chair that clearly doesn't have many years left in it. On the table there was a defective picture frame and large pizza trays which in practice made the only table useless. After a few minutes, one of the colleagues was spoken to harshly, while another seemed unsure of what to do. When I got home with the food, we could see that the pizzas were perfectly fine and of a reasonable quality. So far so good. But the kebab meat was dry and burnt at the edges, so the children were badly disappointed. With quite a few measures, the place can (in my view) become significantly better. 1. There must be control over what is approved from the site, and if a time is given, this should be observed. 2. Do not use the customer area for storing pizza trays and other things. 3. Accommodating customers, even under pressure. 4. Focus on the quality of food delivered. (It must be something you want to taste yourself) All in all, a practice experience, but there is real potential in the place.

09/08/2024: My favorite brown pub. Always a good atmosphere and you always feel welcome. If 'strangers' come in from the street, they are welcomed with open arms and genuine curiosity about their journey. Nice billiards room, where there is almost always someone who wants a game. It is nice and clean and the service is perfect at the top.

31/10/2024: Bowls are simply too expensive for the quality, and the portions seemed completely out of balance. I ordered small spiced potatoes and béarnaise sauce, but only got 5 small potatoes and a large portion of béarnaise, which did not match the amount of potatoes at all. It seemed as if the trays had been changed - and not at all like in previous orders where the quantity of potatoes was actually adequate. Overall not a satisfactory experience.

20/10/2024: Had ordered through the app and it was super easy, collection was easy and the customer service was friendly and accommodating and we had a lovely experience and the cakes were fantastic

23/10/2024: The service is good, but there is far too much lame inside the large room and was disappointed with the food this time. However, have visited several times over the years, where there has been less noise and better food.
