21/07/2025: Fantastic food! Stopped by after a long day at Djurs sommerland, and couldn't have been happier with my bowl! Great flavors, great ingredients, and the chicken was delicious!

19/07/2025: I rolled up and ordered on the spot. Two nice ladies took my order. I arrived a little late in the day, so they were sold out of salmon dishes, but they communicated this right away. You have to drive into the car repair shop's parking lot - don't be shy, just drive in. It's a cozy little food truck that would fit perfectly in the square, but it feels a little out of place here, at the back of an industrial estate. However, we can only be grateful that Thorsager can also have international food. The food is adapted to the local taste buds. Good ingredients are used (my portion had a whole half-ripe! avocado!), and the amount of sauce is as you would expect in Djursland. If you are cosmopolitan, you might want to ask for half a portion of dressing. It's definitely food that suits a region where love is measured in calories.

23/07/2025: Wonderful experience. The surroundings are a good mix of organized chaos and total perfectionism. The service is nothing to write home about. The food was wonderful and it is a huge privilege to get such fresh food - most of it picked up just 10 meters from the table. The juice menu was excellent and soooo exciting to experience. One of the best restaurant visits ever.

01/07/2025: Great to see the animals with so much space (compared to city zoos). Good tour with lots of information. But mostly only pizza and ice cream even though we were there between 11 and 14, July 1st.

27/06/2025: Great place to see animals in natural surroundings, although far between places, especially for wheelchair users, and also a bit difficult to get up and down the wooden walkways, good thing I had a strong person to drive me. Cozy cabins and the little monkeys were cute, but also some big criminals, they stole everything they could, even from our pockets, I lost a pipe worth 1000 kr. from my pocket. It was under 6 months old, sorry. But otherwise a great experience that is definitely recommended, but watch out for the little monkeys. Bent.

14/06/2025: Two days ago, on our way back from Norway, we stopped by Ebeltoft and ended up here quite by chance, hoping for a delicious burger. Instead, a very nice and polite lady recommended the brunch. It wasn't a cheap treat, but it was truly a treat. Absolutely delicious and fresh, and a true feast for the palate—combined with the beautiful courtyard, it was simply wonderful. Thanks for the recommendation. We'll be happy to come back when we're in the area.

23/02/2025: Fantastic experience to take a walk in this beautiful shop with delicious things from furniture to homemade lobster soup. Super sweet service by owner Hanne. The review above was written 4 years ago and Huset Frost is still a fantastic experience to visit. The café with a wonderful courtyard that has since been added makes the experience complete. Here you can enjoy the most delicious dishes and cakes - of course together with lovely wines, special beer and ditto juice.

09/06/2025: Come to an almost empty “restaurant” and order their biggest burger menu. I ask nicely and I can have it without cucumber. Which I can't stand. To which the staff replied offendedly, they can handle it but that I shouldn't expect it if it's busy. The food was lukewarm without taste.

08/06/2025: Had the most delicious ice cream, a little expensive but definitely worth the money. A small cozy place, but unfortunately there are not many seats. They also have outdoor seating.

11/05/2025: Maltabrikken - library, cultural and art-center. However, the cherry on the top here is this mini- brewery. A lot of interesting and tasty types of beer, and you can taste either from tap or from tank directly! 😉  and then enjoy your beer outside with wonderful view! 😍 And brew-master Joel is very friendly and welcoming person, thank you so much ! Highly recommended! 🥰

19/04/2025: Fantastic place. Maltery and brewery at the same time. Everything is made from scratch. The beer is unfiltered and tastes wonderful! A pearl in the pearl of Ebeltoft!

08/05/2025: We (3 people) had a nice lunch today. Lunch was served out on the terrace, where there is a fantastic view, i.a. to Kalø vig. The wait staff were friendly and attentive and we felt that the customer was at the center. Can be highly recommended. We will definitely be back 👍😃

19/06/2025: The bakery is located inside the Meny building. On our way out, we wanted to buy the bread we saw on our way in. It was 6:10 p.m., but the woman had already put away all the loaves while we were shopping. We told her we wanted another loaf. She said it wasn't possible, even though the bakery doesn't close until 7:00 p.m. There was still plenty of bread left 10 minutes before. We got the impression she had already packed everything away and was too lazy to take out a loaf. It's a shame.

26/03/2025: Excellent bageri. Highly recommend traditional danish breads and pastries

10/06/2025: The campsite offers partial beautiful views of the Baltic Sea bay, the service is friendly, and there's a swimming pool and a café on site. Bread rolls can be ordered at check-in. The nearest grocery store is in Rondo, about 4 km away.

04/06/2025: Right next to the beach, therefore lots of wind from the SW-W-NW.

23/07/2025: Delicious food and fast service despite the fact that we were a large group. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 children Definitely recommended

22/07/2025: A staff that was incredibly busy and the service seemed chaotic. They apologized for being so busy. The pizzas we got were super good.
