13/06/2025: I keep having to say, why do you get burgers like these in Germany? Not at a fast food restaurant. Everything's fresh, everything's great, very well presented. Simply nicer than what we get in Germany.

17/06/2025: I've tried a lot but this beats everything. We were 13 people and the only ones in the cafe. We had ordered in advance. And when the food finally arrives my plate is full of fries that are black and over-burnt and they immediately say that you can't serve them. Well, that's how they're supposed to look? To which I reply that I don't want to eat them. And can't I at least get a bowl to put them in. Well, I could but it didn't come. Then the owner comes and I tell her that I don't want that food. Even the waitress was really disgusting. The cheese was supposed to be orange but it was green so I got really sick looking at it. If she wouldn't take it away, you can't serve something like that and they charge 155 kr for it. And the owner keeps saying I have to pay for it 😡 So I had to pay full price for something that wasn't supposed to be served to people. I haven't taken a bite of that food I don't want to get sick. But that cheese has not been okay. Then you can't go to the toilet when you are disabled because it is downstairs and the chair they have doesn't work 😔 So I had to walk all the way around the building to go down a steep hill where it was completely dark plus the thing I was walking on was in really bad condition. All I can say is stay far away from there. With that behavior, that place should definitely not be allowed to serve food to people, I wouldn't even give it to my dog. That's something I will move on with, I have been doing food reviews for several years and that is not a way to behave. But should have made some new fries as I asked for. But no, they wouldn't. I have never left a Cafe hungry before. I also tried some of the other people's food. Definitely not good food. It may look nice and delicious but it is definitely not worth the money.

06/06/2025: We are a seminar class from 74 at Raaens Minde in Aalborg. That is, everyone is over 70 years old, now for the fourth year we have enjoyed delicious food, fantastic service and flexibility. We have an overnight stay in the “villa” and get dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. (I can see that there are nice golf facilities, which we do not use, however.

23/06/2025: Et hyggeligt sted i flotte omgivelser. Vi var på et Regan ophold (2 Dage). Selve Regan turen var bare i top. Personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Maden var på det jævne. På andendagen koksede det desværre ret meget med at få serveringerne frem i rimelig tid. Værelset var stort og rummeligt med mange stole, hvilket sjældent ses. Sengene var derimod ikke noget at skrive hjem om - bløde og med dybt hul i midten.

02/05/2025: It is completely incomprehensible that teaching about type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and basic health principles is still not a regular part of the curriculum in Danish primary schools. We learn about the succession of kings and regencies, but not about the most widespread lifestyle disease in Denmark? I paid the price myself: as a child I had cocoa with sugar and cream, cake and ice cream almost every night - and I had no idea what it did to my body. When I started working out at age 10, the fat disappeared briefly. But no one helped me understand why it came back. No one told me about insulin resistance. No one mentioned type 2 diabetes. I think it's the system and the schools that have failed. When neither children nor parents learn anything about this in time, the consequence is lifelong illness and unnecessary suffering. Concrete proposals: Teaching insulin, blood sugar and body awareness from 4th grade Mandatory knowledge of diet and long-term damage from type 2 diabetes Education for parents so that they do not feed their children into illness Focus on physical activity, not just sport for sport's sake Health should be knowledge – not luck.

17/04/2025: Mostly an assessment of the surroundings and an ok selection of activities for children and young people. Was there for the cafe ulterior motives, so the sports center activities were a nice bonus!

03/07/2025: Just ordered 2 rib steak burgers and when my son brought them home, my eyes widened. They were each so small that they could barely compete with the neighbor's hamburgers, so at 49kr each, I'll drive further up the road next time! But the taste was impeccable
