02/05/2025: People often say: “The best bakers are in Germany.” I live in Germany – right next to a bakery. But I would like to make this clear at this point: We have good bakers, yes - but none are like you at Nørregades Bageri in Farsø. Your rolls, your selection, your quality - that's even better for my taste. When I was on holiday in Denmark - often with my parents - and we were nearby, visiting you was a must. The warmth you feel when you come in, the smell, the selection - unforgettable. Unfortunately, my mother has now passed away and I don't know when or if I'll be back. But I often think of you and this special place that was more than just a bakery to me. I really hope I can visit again one day. A piece of home far away. Thank you! Briefly about the story: Nørregades Bageri is a traditional family business in Farsø with a lot of love for craftsmanship and real Danish baked goods - a place that combines heart and taste.

20/04/2025: Danish rolls are a must on holiday and here you get great quality at a fair price. The service was very nice and the selection was really okay. We'd love to come back!

09/02/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday at home, but got the food from Pavillon Christiansminde in Løgstør. The food was top notch, tasted really good and was nicely decorated. There was a lot to choose from and there was plenty. Here after the party, there are a lot of people who have praised the food. It's nice to have a party when you know the food is in order. 24/01/2025: Christiansminde er simpelthen en perle! Maden er intet mindre end fantastisk – buffeten er overdådig og byder på noget for enhver smag. Det er tydeligt, at der er tænkt på alle – både allergikere, vegetarer og børn bliver taget i hånden med et imponerende udvalg. Hvert eneste element er så lækkert og af høj kvalitet. Tjenerne er professionelle og opmærksomme – de sørger for, at intet mangler, og man føler sig virkelig taget godt imod fra start til slut. Derudover er opdækningen smuk og gennemført, og omgivelserne gør oplevelsen endnu bedre. Stemningen er hyggelig og indbydende, hvilket gør det til en ren fornøjelse at være der. Christiansminde er et sted, jeg elsker, og jeg kan varmt anbefale det til alle, der ønsker en uforglemmelig madoplevelse i fantastiske rammer!

22/05/2025: We ordered two small pizzas, which looked nice and homemade on the menu, but when we got them they were made on frozen bases of the most shoddy kind a la bake off in Lidl. According to the menu one should have been with local specialty cheese but was with completely ordinary yellow cheddar. Sweet and service-oriented staff, but there is nothing else positive to say about the experience.

06/04/2025: Terrible service, unpleasant communication - you order draft beer and you just get a bottle of Turbog Clasic, where they just say it's the same, without even listening. For the waist they forgot to bring bread with butter and didn't apologize at all. And the worst part was that if you try to taste your wife's food, you are even charged extra as a "sharing" portion, even though there were no extra plates or cutlery. Although the food was tasty, the ruined atmosphere could not be saved. A deplorable place - we were deeply disappointed. Please think carefully about visiting the place and consider other options as I would not recommend such an experience to anyone. p.s. And remember to check the receipt when you pay, so you don't end up paying extra.

21/04/2025: I don't think I've ever tried a pizza so dry. Seems like the base is pre-baked and frozen. For the sake of the city's reputation, 2 stars.

02/12/2024: I visited Guldbageren in Aalborg. They had my beloved high spice buns. Which I have been looking for since our own bakery closed. 8 years ago. So there was also Guldbageren in Aalestrup. Hope they also had those buns. They didn't have them.
