08/09/2025: I have never been to a “restaurant” where you have to come up to the counter and order your food. The restaurant is more like a canteen, with 4 sweet waiters who really want to serve customers at the table and take orders, but were prevented by the head waiter because it has to go through their computer…. You are even asked to “when you know what you want, just come in and order” The food is mediocre, but a big disappointment for the price. Super bad service, but not the waiters’ fault.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

14/08/2025: In the small ice cream parlor on the corner they advertise Vebbestrup ice cream on several signs, but it's only the scoop ice cream, not soft ice cream (and you can't tell from the signs!). As soon as you hold it in your hand, you have no doubt that it's something completely different, at least not from Vebbestrup, possibly not even cream ice cream, it melts into a thin liquid as soon as you hold it in your hand and tastes almost like nothing, just frozen water with sugar and maybe milk powder. The choco sprinkles are a strange brown crunchy sugar mixture, almost like blended ymer sprinkles with sugar, and there were remnants of some of the other types of sprinkles in it. Really bad ice cream, which I wouldn't even eat if it was free. The bread for the French hot dog was dry and rubbery, and apparently too small to fit the sausage in it, so it was served in two pieces. All in all, a disappointing experience. Haven't tried the restaurant's food, but don't see much reason to after this.

03/07/2025: Was greeted with a smile and a short chat. The service is good, my durums were made quickly. The bread in the durums was a bit tough to chew through and the filling was nothing special compared to a durum you can buy elsewhere. The atmosphere is good, Bill's pizza is a cozy little corner you can find not far from the bus station.

25/07/2025: This is something special, the deliberate rustic atmosphere is perfectly matched with the hearty food that will make any lover of classic Danish food happy. Good portions and a love for the food shines through all the way.

19/07/2025: Middelmådig oplevelse. Silden var træt og ikke afkølet. Smøret meget blødt. Og ikke mindst en klump ost vi alle kunne stå og røre ved. Det skulle være skåret. Resten af osten var mangelfuld. Skal siges vi gik til buffet kl. 13.15 Og den ville være slut kl. 14. Blev vi indformeret om. Men stadig skal den jo fyldes op. Op smøret være på køl. God steg og hamburgerryg 👍 Så prisen alt for høj. 179 kr. på festival bænke og du skal selv rydde af bordet.

28/07/2025: Had been looking forward to a shooting star, but upon arrival we found that you could not get it and that it only offered a buffet of sandwiches. Since we were hungry we bought 2x buffet. It turned out to be boring half pieces of sandwiches on too thickly sliced rye bread. The buffet was over quickly. A dry and boring experience. The payment system did not work, the waiter ran around confused and forgot several times what he was doing.

20/09/2025: We are actually regular customers and visit the restaurant often and often. The buffet is unusually rich and varied, it is checked and renewed throughout the evening. The dishes are tasty and, as I said, the selection is large. Our used plates are removed immediately. The service was polite, helpful, but not intrusive. Yes, we like to come to the restaurant The Great Wall again and again.

26/09/2025: You treat your employees incredibly badly! And blaming an employee is seriously out of line, get your act together!!! And when you train someone new, don't act like you're smarter than the people you're training, honestly, you should be ashamed of yourself! And we've experienced quite often in one of the burgers where something has been forgotten! Do you seriously think that's okay?!

09/08/2025: Ordered garlic oil. Got water with a little garlic in it. I was very disappointed. You can't pour water over pizza.

27/04/2025: I was in to eat dinner. It was quite ok, adequate portion.

17/05/2025: We bought an ice cream cone and sat out back and ate it. We regretted it. Because it was apparently also the kitchen staff's break and smoking area. We saw them serving other customers at the same time, without a sink and with their cigarettes waiting, lit, in the ashtray. There was no cozy atmosphere or oasis at all. Weeds in old jars. Boring atmosphere and cigarette smoke from the staff.
