10/01/2024: Always nice to visit Villa Galina which is part of Gisselfelt. Surrounded by the most beautiful forest and right down to a forest lake. Very romantic ❤️ The food is excellent and the service is always friendly. And there is also a Hansen ice cream in the summer ❤️ a perfect excursion destination❤️

27/01/2024: The food is not very good and it is far, far too expensive for a town like Haslev.
Don't understand why the prices are so expensive, but I won't pay more than DKK 300 for a steak in Haslev with a view of a car park.

06/03/2024: Really cozy place, which I visit very often when I'm in Haslev. Sweet, attentive service and cozy, quiet surroundings. The food is also good, but they have recently reworked the menu a bit, which has given me a bit less options to choose from as a pescetarian, and some of the portions are so small that I can't get full when I have lunch there. It is a shame.
03/12/2023: Got 3 Christmas platters home on Saturday, and when they were served on Sunday they were still super delicious.

Paradehuset - Orangeriet på Gisselfeld

19/11/2023: My husband and I had a wonderful private breakfast (appointment made prior to visit) in this truly enchanting orangerie about an hour drive from Copenhagen.
The sight of the decorations and the fragrant floral scent had me gasp upon setting foot inside. Stig was the
most accommodating and delightful host, showing us around the garden
and museum afterwards (as part of the garden tour we booked). Such memorable experience. This place
holds afternoon tea as well (please check their calendar for opening dates). Not to be missed if you are in the area. I'd definitely love to visit again.
