19/12/2025: Picked up 3 dishes yesterday. They were all tasteless and thin as broth. Called them, as we live in Tappernøje. Message was that someone else had made it and she would send the money back on mobile pay when she had closed. The next day in the evening no money and called them. Want to talk to the owner, but it can't be done. We were now supposed to bring the food - which was thrown out - and it couldn't fit. So be careful, it's the last time we pick up there
29/07/2025: A red sausage with bread costs DKK 41.00, that's the most expensive I've ever paid, the next most expensive was DKK 37.00 in the hot dog stand on Kongens Nytorv, they probably don't sell many red sausages because it was completely overcooked and tasteless, the bread was lukewarm. Last time I went there.

16/07/2026: Fantastic location with excellent food at fair prices. The very welcoming restaurant owner surprised us with a delicious dessert. Even our dog was thought of – with fresh water and treats. A thoroughly enjoyable visit with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
28/04/2026: THE REVIEW IS FOR FAXE MADHUS WHICH IS NO LONGER THERE! Expensive taste, large portions and far too cheap prices! You get more than you pay for and if you can finish it you are among the 10% Absolute best eatery in Faxe... I have a good heart for food and every time I can get away with it, we eat in Faxe Madhus... And preferably when it's my dinner night 😀

30/08/2024: Dejligt sted med lækker mad og venlige og søde personale. Kommer ofte og spiser pizza og pomfritter. Aldrig oplevet skuffelse.
30/07/2024: Mangel på service og uacceptabel opførsel + vi ventede lidt over 1,5 time på 1 pizza og 1 bakke pomfrit, selvom vi fik af vide det tog ca. 10-15 min.

10/05/2026: We have sit outside, put tables and chairs ourselves. I have fiskefilet and on my request to have lemon got reply: we are not restaurant… so, fish also was not tasty, have to leave half .
The cashier asked several time and even on request to give a plate, she served food in pap box

22/02/2025: Really good experience - can definitely be recommended.
Good service and explanations during the process.. lots of different types of gin you got to taste ♥️
All other guests also seemed to enjoy it and we got to chat a bit, as well as taste some of the other compositions 😊👍
16/01/2025: Had received a gift certificate from my daughter where we were to make our own gin at the gin school which is part of the gin shop. We each had our own kettle and the evening's review, the story behind it was really good. 3 hours in good company where we produced our very own gin with the flavor profile we wanted. There was good guidance all the way. Very exciting and is a fun and pleasant experience.
