21/03/2025: The food was 45 minutes late, on the other hand we did not get what we had ordered from the children's menu.
It seemed that they had completely lost track of the overview, and could not give waiting customers an answer as to when their food was ready.
They were sweet and nice, but could only state that they prepared the food as quickly as they could.
It does add up, however, that the food tasted good and, due to the long waiting time, was freshly prepared.
As compensation for the long wait, we got a bag of shrimp chips and a bucket of what we think is chili mayo. The latter, however, we are in doubt as to whether it was a compensation, or something that someone else should have had must remain unsaid.

08/06/2025: Disappointing quality for a high price
I bought a chocolate croissant between 9:50 and 10:20, and unfortunately it was very dry and had no flavor other than the chocolate.
At the same time, I bought a sourdough bun with butter and cheese, where the cheese was completely dry and seemed like it had been out for too long.
When you pay relatively high prices, you expect freshness and quality - but unfortunately the experience did not live up to that. I hope the place takes this feedback into account, because it detracts from the overall impression.
15/02/2025: I had ordered Too Good To Go. I had ordered a cake bag to the value of DKK 150, and I then "only" had to pay DKK. 59. When I open the box of cakes, there are 6 sad student breads looking at me. I believe that they usually have student bread for DKK. 9 each and four for DKK. 30. So a total value of DKK. 48, which I then have to give DKK. 59 for. Peasant slavery of the worst kind.
When I go back to the store and point it out, the clerk knows it well and offers me some other cakes. I declined that. I will never shop there again. I cannot support anyone who knowingly cheats customers.

06/07/2025: I definitely can't recommend this place!
The burgers we ordered came in the wrong buns, there is no visible or tasteful difference between a Beef Bacon Cheese Burger and a Super Bacon Cheese Burger, even though the latter is a bit more expensive (and it's definitely not a 200 gr. steak). I paid extra for jalapeños in two burgers, and they forgot them in both of them, and overall it was just not delicious food. I will never come back.
15/05/2025: Ordered two pizzas on a Friday night, when I was about to pay online, the payment stopped and reported an error (have screenshots).
I go into my account to check the order, there were no orders and I therefore assume the payment has not gone through.
We pick up food from another place, as we do not want to wait.
On Sunday, the money for the pizzas was deducted. I go down to the pizzeria and show the evidence of it, after which I speak to the owner - extremely unprofessional, rude and downright provocative.
I get angry and contact Orderyoyo who has given the money back.
It may well be that the restaurant refers to orderyoyo, but they could have been helpful in helping.
Super annoying!

19/08/2025: When you just close the store, customers drive in vain
07/07/2025: It was probably exactly as I expected - but maybe a little worse than that.
Ordered brunch and a cappuccino, and the latter came first; tasteless, lukewarm and without foam. So the starting point was kind of in place.
Here after a plate of things that looked and/or tasted like they had been in the fridge overnight - especially the butter had taken on color and flavor. The rye bread was dry and boring, the pancake was missing a liter of syrup, the yogurt was tasteless, the “scrambled eggs” came from an egg stand, the salad was sloppy, the pickled red onions were pale, which also only happens when it is not freshly pickled and the toppings were completely tired. The small sausage was actually the only thing where you thought that this, on paper, is a family-owned chain with a focus on raw materials - but it was probably just taken out of a bucket.
It probably won't be a return visit.

14/08/2025: I come here a lot, but I can now seriously say that this time was the last. The filling that is put in the sandwiches is non-existent. You get the THINNEST layer of cold cuts. In addition to this, the service is definitely not top notch. There is a bad attitude and if you try to talk to the employees you get no answer. Can NOT be recommended.
14/08/2025: Simply shameful how little filling they put in the sandwich. On top of that, the employees are rude and flaky. Can't recommend the place.

28/09/2025: We were a party celebrating a birthday yesterday. The food was good enough, but a guest dropped a portion of ice cream, and then a waiter came and only wiped up a little of it, and the rest she said that the cleaning would have to take place later! There was also a lot of trash on the floor over by the ice cream machine that you, as an elderly person, could slip/fall into… One of our guests also fell down the step they have at the back of the room, and lay on the floor for a long time to recover. Not exactly a place I would recommend to others.
07/09/2025: I've never had a beef tenderloin that was supposed to be medium rare that was completely cooked through, dry and half cold. Probably one of the biggest disappointments I've ever had to eat in my life, scandal!

24/05/2025: Really boring open sandwiches, the herring was just thrown on the bread. Of course you can't expect much from a downtown restaurant, but this is beyond criticism.
