25/07/2024: Absurdly long wait for the food, it took 3-3.5 hours for 4 very small and simple sharing dishes. "It usually goes quite quickly when we have taken the order" we were told 45 minutes after we had ordered. More confusions about the wine, they opened the wrong wine before showing the bottle and it took forever to get wine on the table. There were 3-4 different waiters during the evening.

05/02/2025: They say you have to support your local shops or they won't be there tomorrow... But now I'm done giving the health shop in Holbæk more chances. I would rather go to Kalundborg and use their excellent and service-minded health shop. Or just shop online. No later than today, February 4, 2025, I will try there again, for the last time, I look for a tongue scraper, ask for it, and am waved in a direction, -I am the only customer in the store, "middle shelf", "by the toothpaste", and I walk around lost and searching, "well, where is the toothpaste", I become more and more unsure, try to ask if they have a copper one, and get the most nonchalant, detached answers, by a clerk who stands unengaged by the cash register, and seems as if I am almost a burden. Excuse me, what do you expect, at least that's not how you get new customers - or keep the old ones. Today, Matas got my money, for the same product that I was looking for in the whole store, and I also got sweet and service-minded service. Date of experience: 04 February 2025

10/08/2023: Holbæk Slot, festlokaler v/Steen Petersen får 5 stjerner. Vi holdt vor guldbryllupsfest her med 3 retters festmenu. Alt var vellykket, maden i topklasse, venligt personale i smukke lokaler. Slottets historie går tilbage til 1200-tallet. Kan kun anbefales. Hanne & Niels Andersen.
