06/09/2025: I do not recommend this experience at Lucky Sushi to anyone. I had booked a table for my boyfriend and I at 7pm. We get our table but are not introduced to their concept, by ordering via a QR code using your mobile to order sushi. With our first orders we order two appetizers and 16 pieces of sushi, which are delivered in 3 rounds, which means we waited a total of 45 minutes, in addition there was something we still needed to get - we therefore order a ''sample'' order of 4 pieces of sushi and those pieces came 20 minutes later, but still without the previous order with the other pieces of sushi we were missing - so we told the waiter where after she told the kitchen, she returned to say we had to order it again because they could not see the order in the kitchen. We ordered third orders for the pieces that did not come in the first orders and it took another 30 minutes. After eating, we decided to leave Lucky Sushi as we lost the desire to order more and then went home with the feeling of empty stomachs and a feeling of having been "forgotten"... It was an expensive experience at 612 kroner... Looking around at the staff, it doesn't look like they are in a hurry to do their job...! An evening that should have been nice with my girlfriend but unfortunately turned into a really bad experience, with really bad service. If you read previous reviews, we can confirm that it has not improved in some points! thanks for the food...........

04/09/2025: I received sushi via Wolt from Lucky Sushi, but the quality is not as expected. Some of the sushi was good, but the rest was sloppily made, with large pieces of cucumber, and not so fresh.

21/06/2025: I have never in my life experienced such an arrogant, incompetent and downright rude employee as the one I was met by in your store in Køge. I will not hold back on this complaint, because the service (or lack thereof) I received was simply embarrassing for your company. I asked for a large salad of my own choice, which I wanted to put together myself due to life-threatening allergies (pineapple, carrots, broccoli, etc.). It is not rocket science, it is about common sense and basic customer service. Yet I was met by an employee who: - Spoke to me condescendingly, as if I were an annoying burden. - Refused to comply with a simple request, even after I explained that it was about my safety. - Refused to help, even though I offered to pay extra to solve it. What the hell is going on? Is it really your standard to ignore customers' health and treat them like unwanted background noise? I've bought salads in many places, and no one has ever been so disrespectful to my allergies. It's not just bad service, it's downright dangerous to be so indifferent. If this is your attitude towards customers, then you don't deserve a single penny from me. I have always shopped with you with trust, but now that trust is completely broken. If you don't take this seriously, I guarantee that I will publicly warn others not to visit your store. I expect an apology and a guarantee that your staff will figure out how to treat customers with respect in the future, especially when it comes to allergies. Otherwise, you can count on me not coming back and that I will do everything I can to ensure that others don't either. If I could give 0 stars, I would have done so
