28/03/2024: I have eaten here many times and am happy with the place. Today, however, the kitchen was not sharp. We got menu. The hors d'oeuvres were ok, but greasy and with cheese. The first starter was a ceviche, in which the fish was fine, but which they had paired with an allegedly mint ice cream, which mostly tasted of sugar with apple. In addition, some exotic fruits, which did not play at all with the delicate fish taste. Next, a risotto with tomato, which was decidedly sugary. Then came a fish soup which was incredibly creamy. For the main course lamb, which was ok without being flashy, but again with a sweet and fatty sauce. I had had enough, but some in the company got "Easter eggs", which were ice cream in a chocolate shell. My evening ended in the toilet with a stomach ache. Quite disappointing, also considering that the price was much higher than good Copenhagen restaurants. Maybe a new chef has arrived, but it will probably be a while before I come again.

30/03/2024: Ate for the first time at the restaurant. It has previously only been used to pick up pizzas. The food was nice and honest. i got lamb turkish which was a variety of flavours, the lamb flavor got a bit lost in the many other flavours, but good food. Julian (the owner) was seen running around to satisfy his many customers. I noticed that the kitchen had a good capacity, so it easily coped with a single error that unfortunately occurred, but we were there. The place could use a lick of paint or two, but it's a place where you feel welcome, it doesn't pretend to be more than it is. If I had to offer some criticism, dear Julian out delegates some of the work. You have employees who want to do it, but they lack instruction. Think about it before you die of stress :-).

28/03/2024: Just ate no. 35 on the menu, ok gravy potatoes and side dishes, but the meat tasted mostly of tar, I told the young man at the checkout who answered, sorry but I don't cook the food, menu have a good evening.

27/09/2023: A nice and cozy place - but hey - came home from Popes Burger on Saturday with 3 inedible burgers that weren't cooked through. So we had to find the rye bread, as it was a quarter past closing time and there was no possibility of a return.......

04/11/2023: Gode rene værelser. Toilet og bad på gangen er meget nedslidt. Maden var under vanlig standard på hotel/restaurant. Personalet var smilende og venlige men havde ikke helt styr på almindelig service.

22/10/2023: Et hyggeligt sted hvor vi nyder at komme ind og få en tår at drikke når vi er i Nyk. Sj Servicen er i top og der er altid et smil, så vi føler os meget velkommen der. Venlig hilsen Pia og Dennis.

04/12/2023: Første og sidste gang, jeg spiser stegt flæsk der. I onsdags var jeg nede for at hente en portion med hjem. Flæsket var meget blødt og olieret, ikke lige lækkert at sætte tænderne i. Persillesovsen var hvid sovs med grønne pletter i (måske det var persille), men den smagte af mel og ikke andet. Der burde være nogen, der kan fortælle dem, hvordan man laver opbagt sovs. Den enkelte stjerne er givet til den unge kvindelig servitrice, som jeg lagde mærke til, hvor effektiv en runner er. Håber hun får en god løn.
