24/12/2023: I took delivery and understood that i should have visited the burger bar myself. Burgers were, I think, very unique as they were more sweet. Super tasty, must try out !

03/08/2025: I have eaten sushi at this place before and it was very nice, with good service. When I was on the chase to drink a few cocktails, I was treated unpleasantly by the staff. I was waiting in the toilet for my friend when a doorman suddenly came rushing in and grabbed my arm, saying “that’s enough for tonight”. I then asked him what was wrong/what I had done wrong, to which he replied “you know that yourself”. I ended up being thrown out of the bar without any explanation whatsoever despite me asking repeatedly and asking for an explanation.

28/07/2023: Ligger vackert vid Roskildefjorden men inget ”Badhotell” då det inte går att bada där ingen badbrygga vilket nog skulle vara nödvändigt.
Rummen ljusa och med bra sängar. Dock var möjligheten att få det mörkt begränsad pga en vit rullgardin i takfönstret så det var väldigt ljust i rummet tidigt.
Frukosten var det som drog ner det till en två - inget ägg och bacon vilket är ett måste på ett minst tre stjärniga hotell.

18/05/2025: Chicken sandwich- chicken was inedible. Watery and completely textureless. The last time we eat here. But there are other good options in the area, so no need to repeat that experience.
19/04/2025: After visit the place so get lunch here.
Crispy chicken burger — not crispy and very dry but fires very warm
Fish & chips — chips not very warm and finish very oily.
Americano — taste good but SO small cup ??
Place is ok and clean.
Staffs are friendly
Price is a bit too high vs quality. Not recommend

20/09/2024: Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. I chose a small pita bread as there was only room for it. The bread was not homemade, and unfortunately there was neither hummus nor red cabbage. The whole thing therefore became a bit boring - like watching a 0-0 football match with no chances. The meat consisted of small pieces without much flavor or texture. The man behind the counter was extremely friendly, but the price was a little too high in relation to the quality of the food. If it had cost DKK 30, it would have been more appropriate.

23/02/2025: now it's been a long time since I've been to cafe Klaus Værested. But the last time I was there I thought it was a very cozy place, really sweet friends and a good staff that you can have a chat with if you need it, otherwise you can get to know some new friends! And then you can buy some hot food that you can eat for lunch, and it tastes fantastic for that price. ;0) So I thought if you live close to Roskilde, I think you should try to stop by Kafe Klaus...!!! ;0))

18/04/2025: The eatery has delivered good kebabs at a good price in the past, but in the last few months things have gone downhill
Got a Turkish bread with kebab and chicken but the quantity is really disappointing
The Turkish bread with kebab was ok, but the one with chicken was mainly salad with very little chicken meat
Last time I was there it was also a disappointing amount of meat
