02/03/2025: Ankom 15.15 og udvalg af kage var nærmest ikke eksisterende. Caféen fremstår rodet, borde var ikke tørret af og møbler stod ret tilfældigt. Det er intet hygge i caféen. De ansatte piger er søde og kaffe er god.

The employees are friendly and polite, one person in particular came to us and asked if we were satisfied. He was very sweet :) It is a bit bad to order from the cash register, you have to sit down and get up again. It would be better if they took it from the table. I drank Cortado as coffee and it tasted great. There are many milk options. I preferred the chocolate cake for dessert. The chocolate was nice and the cake was fresh. It is a bit dense so it will be enough for two people. From what I heard, the food is also good :))

30/07/2024: Service: she placed the glasses on the table on the side where drinks are served, we did not receive napkins, we had to unpack them from the partitions. She didn't come to wonder if we were satisfied or if she needed anything. We found out about the high chair when we paid. Atmosphere: we sat outside on the terrace, so it was pleasant outside. Inside, dust and leftovers ate on the ground. Food: We had 5 different meals. The burger was soaked in baking and any vegetables were missing inside, even when it was written, the beef was dried out and underseasoned. Honey mustard dressing was mayonnaise with mustard where mustard was missing. I do not recommend the overall assessment at all and consider it a waste of money. Hot dogs in 7/11 taste better

23/01/2025: I would like to share my experience with Castello Pizzeria which was unfortunately very disappointing. First of all I want to mention that the manager of the restaurant was extremely disrespectful and not friendly at all. It is unacceptable to be met with such an attitude as a customer. Furthermore, the hygiene in the restaurant is far from satisfactory. It is worrisome to eat in a place where you cannot trust that proper attention will be paid to cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there as you can almost be sure to get sick - I fear you might get diarrhea after eating there. I ordered a pizza which unfortunately was not cooked properly; it was not cooked through and that was really disappointing. In addition, the tomato sauce had an old and inedible taste, which made the experience even worse. All in all, Castello Pizzeria is way too expensive for the quality they offer. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant as it is not worth risking your health and well being.

06/04/2025: Friendly, stable staff. The employees have been there for many years. The food is delicious and well prepared. The premises are a bit boring, but work well. There is a toilet in the basement.

17/09/2024: Add add add!!!!!! No hygiene. Seriously, when I received my "food"/garbage there were 5-6 sticky flies flying around the kitchen and 3 of them were in the ham. Don't know much about flies but they clearly had a green back. It was simply too disgusting. It was the first and absolutely LAST TIME I've ever been there, so better go to bed hungry. On and on We ended up throwing out all the bath oil, Roskilde patients No Thank you. - Sincerely, he who is usually not so sipped, and we have a 5 second rule. This was just too disgusting.

08/12/2024: So the food tastes fine, nothing special, but it's totally bad style to charge DKK 130 for a durum around midnight and cheat drunk young people, can't be recommended at all, especially when it says DKK 65 for a durum, they also charge 130, which is double the price
