23/03/2025: After eating kebabs all over Europe and in different places and countries, the Lebanese one at Jacobs seems to surpass the Turkish ones, no offense! The place is a bit shabby, and can only be ordered and taken away! But I recommend it.

The sumptuous buffet offers an impressive selection of authentic Chinese dishes, and the innovative "choose-yourself-and-have-it-prepared" concept elevates the dining experience to something special. It is a real pleasure to see the chefs' Chinese culinary art unfold when they prepare one's selected raw materials of meat, seafood and vegetables exactly as desired. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The staff have a pleasant, informal approach with room for both humor and fresh remarks, without being intrusive. My attempt to "recycle" food was met with a humorous smile - and yes, the restaurant has a reasonable policy of charging for food waste, which is both environmentally conscious and understandable. As the icing on the cake, the restaurant offers free coffee, tea and cake, and not least a chocolate fountain that completes the dessert experience. The decor is stylish with authentic Chinese details that create the perfect setting for the meal. The fact that it is all ad libitum makes the experience even better - you can really explore the wide selection at your own pace. This is undoubtedly among Zealand's best Chinese restaurants. A visit to Siang Jiang is highly recommended to anyone who wants a genuine Chinese food experience at a fair price. Just remember to eat up! 😊

24/02/2025: Uovertrufne lækre pizzaer, der er værd at køre til Slagelse efter. Udefra ser biksen ikke ud af meget, men de lokale ved godt hvad der gemmer sig inde bag ved og bestiller gerne 1-2 timer i forvejen for at få pizza herfra om aftenen. Vi kom heldigvis forbi til sen frokost og fik en oplevelse som stod fuldt ud mål med de mange positive anmeldelser og en hyggelig snak med indehaverne. Und dig selv at slå et smut forbi Slagelse alene for at spise hos Tony's. Men pas på! Har du ikke et italiensk pizzeriaer i nærheden af dig, der står mål med Tony's, så vil du sætte dig selv op til fremtidig skuffelse, når du først har smagt den ægte vare 😁

10/03/2025: I anledning af min runde fødselsdag havde jeg inviteret familie og venner på en menu på restauranten. Vi startede med en aldeles fremragende forret bestående af Varmrøget laks med karsecreme og et glas hvidvin. Derpå blev der serveret en god gammeldags oksesteg med tilbehør dertil rødvin. Og som afslutning Marcel chokoladekage med likør. Betjeningen helt fantastisk, selvom der var flere selskaber samtidigt. Jeg kan kun anbefale at holde fest i de hyggelige lokaler, hvad mine gæster også efterfølgende har givet udtryk for. Kokken fortjener fem kokkehuer !!
