09/05/2025: It was a practice round, service was nice, but the food is really not very exciting. There is a lot of rice in the sushi pieces, and their chili mayo tasted like curry ketchup. The actual presentation of the sushi was really boring and they had wrapped the sushi in their bad chili mayo which then ruined the whole taste experience. Their sticks were also really boring, although with nice taste. I have tried many sushi restaurants, and unfortunately must admit that this is one of the worst places I have eaten here. It was an unpleasant experience and we cannot recommend the place.

15/04/2025: The cutest chef in the world! me and my better half were over, I'm vegan and although there are no vegan dishes on the menu, they were so nice and made the world's most delicious dish for me, which the boyfriend was totally envious of. 11/05/2025: What a great experience we had this evening. On your website it says that you only close at 10 p.m. We come down to buy two pieces of cake and two cups of coffee at 20.55. Here we are received with a dismissive body language by the woman who works there. She says that it cannot be done, as the kitchen closed at 19.30. She does this while nervously and evasively wiping windows and tables. A very strange customer contact? I am surprised that you write that you close at 22.00, but if you look between the lines, it actually closes at 19.30. The fact that the kitchen isn't open probably doesn't make much of a difference, since it's about some coffee in the pot and a piece of cake you've probably baked in advance. I mean, it's not like you bake a fresh cake every time you come over, do you? I can understand if it was about a big meal. It reeks a bit of bad service and fear of doing "too much" weird business model. If the kitchen closes at 19.30 isn't there the big room to eat and enjoy a meal with both food and dessert? So what do you do for the 2.5 hours when you can't do what a normal cafe can do? The small towns would like to be supported locally, isn't it a bit difficult when there are often early closing times? And special rules. Not only that, we tried to call 3 times before we left, but it was not answered. When we asked why it wasn't taken, she said it was because she was busy? This was despite the fact that we came down to an empty restaurant. Hmm. It is not the first time that we have tried to drink a cup of coffee at your place, but have been unsuccessful. Wh

18/01/2025: We ordered a comfort plate. The salad was rotten. The waiter goes into the kitchen and I see the chef removing the salad... I ask them to make a new plate and they did. When we get the bread it is moldy. They come in and claim that it is not mold, but because they have just cut French bread on the same machine. I won't eat there anymore.....

20/05/2025: Had driven quite a distance to eat at Tatami Sushi, however was quite disappointed, first about the selection, then the quality, the sushi fell apart, the wasabi was dry, various Sushi the fish was strange in color and didn't smell particularly good.. however, a dish with udon noodles went which was ok good, the boss came and kept giving explanations about the quality and the way they work, which took a war of time.. Not exactly a place I would eat again... Received a minor dish, not at all satisfied..

24/02/2025: Great hotel for a stopover, near the Storebaeltbrug. No breakfast, but a table with some cookies, sandwiches and snacks that you can take freely. Room was very clean. Arrived around 9 pm. The whole building was lit, but there was no one else there, not even staff. The key for the front door was in a key safe. There was a big "liminal space" atmosphere here, I really enjoyed it.

13/12/2024: I slept really well there. Large rooms. Parking in front of the building. Simply furnished and clean. Coffee machine and snacks included.
