19/02/2024: There were 11 of us on a hiking trip in Sorø and we want to finish with a cup of coffee/chocolate at Sejers, when it was 3:40 pm and the staff were cleaning the floor, we hurried to say that we would like to buy a drink, which will be checked on with an answer, well we're closing soon, we thought it could be done, the staff took a long time to take orders, made several wrong orders, the last 2 who got their order got it in a "to go cup", when everyone sat down, the staff came and put a stack of cardboard cups with the message that we are closing now, they also had to get up... There was another couple who were somewhat surprised when they had just sat down with coffee and cake, as they said, had they been told that it was close to closing time, then they would not have ordered.... I hope that it was the staff who were in a bad mood yesterday 18.02.24 and it doesn't always happen like this, because then Sejer's patisserie should have locked the doors 1/2 hour before closing time, so that those who want to enjoy some food and drink at the tables, can reach it... or write that there is no serving 1/2 before closing time. 17/03/2024: Their food is really nice. The food can be a bit bland, whether it's a burger or nachos or whatever, but I'm personally fine with that. The problem is more their delivery. I have ordered from them several times over many years, but it is very random if they listen to your instructions: I always write that they should just put it in front of the door. I have done that both before and after COVID, but it is therefore 50/50 whether they listen. If that doesn't affect you, La Gonda is really nice.

04/10/2023: We ate roast pork with parsley sauce. The pork was very dry and oversalted. It could be thought that it was cooked in the oven at too high a heat, in order to get pork on the menu faster. The potatoes were floury and tasted unsalted. The sauce, in my opinion, should stick to the potatoes. The sauce was lin, floury and did not taste of parsley. Beetroot, on the other hand, was good. The service was fine. We were received by a very welcoming lady. Too bad there were so many people that she couldn't get around more. In addition, you were not asked during the journey whether the food was good. That experience cost DKK 368. 2x ad libitum 2x soda.

15/01/2024: Very very basic hotel, no breakfast and dinner available. Only lukewarm water in the shower, and very dated rooms. However, price is also quite low. Very nice building.
