13/10/2025: We were a small group and wanted to grab some dinner at short notice. We found this restaurant and were able to get a table right away. I had the fillet burger, which was simply amazing. I highly recommend both the restaurant and the burger.

03/10/2025: Super delicious experience! We had a delicious 3 course menu with wine and side dishes. It tasted excellent, from starter to dessert. The owner came out and presented the wines and the staff provided a really good service. We would like to thank Kristian & Co. for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back!

30/12/2025: Very decent place to enjoy tasty meal for a fair price. Fresh quality ingredients, polite service. The falafel is very authentic, full of coriander as it should be.

12/10/2025: A bit boringly decorated, but the food is very appealing and that is the most important thing after all. Delicious homemade bread and good fresh ingredients. The only downside is that they choose to use turkey ham and turkey bacon. It just tastes wrong. Now use authentic ingredients instead.

13/11/2025: First class service, first class food and always nice and clean everywhere, the staff is so nice and friendly and checks everything, whether it's take away or we eat in the restaurant outside or inside. I can only highly recommend DANG V. BRØNDEN I FAABORG ( despite a sad smiley today because I forgot to hang the inspection slip up visible, it's simply a detriment to the inspection but it costs 2000,-) But forget it, it's the best restaurant in the world 💯💐💐💐😘

14/08/2025: We had a meal there the other night which was also great but today we had a desert pancake. Pancakes and ice cream were nice. Staff were friendly, atmosphere was relaxed. What more could you want.

26/12/2025: We (Judeans) met with people from Zealand in Fåborg and chose Heimdal for dinner. We had read some reviews beforehand but we Judes are not intimidated...We adults ordered the dish of the day, sirloin a la creme, and it tasted great...maybe a little less salt in the mushroom sauce (for my taste) and 2 minutes less on the sirloin, but I ate it up and took more sauce for the last potatoes 😝 Overall a good experience, no dirty tables, floors or ugly toilets, as I had read previous reviews..and a sweet and attentive waiter/hostess.... Would love to come again... And then the red wine we ordered that they didn't have, so we just got the slightly more expensive one at the other's price, SO

22/10/2025: Perfect Pizzas. The taste is top notch, with good umami and a suitable amount of filling. Even though we live in Odense, I have now decided that this is my pizzaria. And by the way, it was also lightning fast to make today's order.
