25/09/2024: We were you at the end of August when you had just opened - I think it was 16/8. We hadn't booked a table - and were told that everything is taken - We arrived right outside the door - where a nice girl said there was room at a table for 6 - but where only 2 sat. It was so cozy and we spoke to the two from Zealand as if we had known each other for several years. We will be back at the end of October and we will definitely visit you again :-)

22/09/2024: We had tappas and duck burger. Both parts were extraordinarily delicious. We will come again the next time we come to Rudkøbing.

19/10/2024: We regularly buy our fish here, which is always of fantastic quality; it couldn't be fresher. Very friendly staff!

27/09/2024: We ate here based on the reviews. Unfortunately we weren't thrilled. The fish disappeared into the breading. Way too greasy and not tasty. The fries were too soft and very salty. We didn't take anything with us as originally planned.

19/10/2024: Vi var på Kædeby caféen i efterårsferien og fik lækker mad. Vi var 4 voksne og bestilt 4 forskellige retter/menuer. Rigtig lækre forretter, kødet til hovedretterne var stegt som bestilt. Især oktobermenuen er lækkert sammensat og gode råvare. Der var lidt ventetid på maden, men der var også fuldt hus og flere af bordene blev besat flere gange.

29/10/2024: Update: This location has been a club for some time now. For the financial equivalent of a cup of coffee, you can become a member - even if you are not yet of legal age! - immortalize in the club book. Every new member is welcomed with a drink of their choice! 😄 Delicious coffee, freshly baked cake, magical atmosphere. The owner is perhaps the last living Viking and is extremely hospitable!

08/10/2024: Delicious burgers and the best fries on the island. Full 5 stars from us. Here you can eat in the snack bar in front of it or you can take a few steps and have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. There is a well-kept mini golf course for children.

07/10/2024: Hello, we had dinner there today with 8 people and, in addition to the delicious burgers, we also had fish and chips. Everything we had was very tasty and freshly prepared. For dessert, some of us had very tasty ice cream. Snack is highly recommended.

19/12/2024: Had a good evening, good service and food Very welcoming staff with a twinkle in their eye. Got Faroese salmon, country food - duck breast, cheese plate, chocolate mousse Salmon was delicious, I personally could have used a little smoked cheese in the dish Country food - duck breast, the dish was nicely put together with druge-sov and misc. Root vegetables, mushrooms and moss. however the meat was a bit on the dry side could have wished it was a bit more tender The cheese plate was delicious and there was great flexibility regarding what kind of cheeses we didn't want and the kitchen managed to hit it really well, big praise Chocolate mousse, absolutely amazing, must try it again, was served with fresh berries and perfect plum. The restaurant itself is a former horse stable where tables are arranged in horse pens where you sit on benches, which means that you can really make your own company. However, I wish there were cushions to sit on. We were very satisfied with our visit.

29/10/2024: We had the pleasure of attending Pichardt's legendary Game Night and it was a wonderful experience! As industry professionals for many years, we are not exactly the easiest guests to impress, but this event exceeded all expectations. Every element of the evening was completely thought out, from the beautifully presented dishes to the relaxed, professional service. The staff were welcoming and managed to create a warm and homely atmosphere, while they presented the wonderful dishes with great expertise. It is rare that we experience food where there is absolutely nothing to put a finger on - but this was the case here. Every bite was a delight, imbued with carefully selected ingredients and fantastically composed flavors that testified to an enormous passion for gastronomy. We noticed that many of the other guests were repeat guests, and that is completely understandable. We definitely intend to return as well and make it a regular tradition. Pichardt is gastronomy at a high level, but without pretense or unnecessary bragging. Well done, Pichardt family! We are already looking forward to the next time we are allowed to be part of this very special experience – it will undoubtedly be a pleasure again!

04/01/2025: Was for New Year's Eve. The food was 100% top notch. However, service was not as expected. At 14.00 we were assigned a coffee table which was predetermined. The location was quite fine, far away from the music speakers and close to the screen where the king would later "perform" We were told that we were to eat at the same table for the evening at 18.00. Then we wouldn't have to think about it anymore. Later...when we arrived in the evening a little before 18.00...suddenly there are others sitting at our table...the table sign with our number on it had been replaced...just remember that we have an elderly man there has had throat surgery and is therefore largely unable to speak, so we are therefore surprised that they have simply moved us down to the 2 large speakers at the other end of the room.. Several requests to the waiters do nothing at all...we can't even get an apology...we can sit and look at each other all evening as we can't talk very much together. They have no control over beer / soda orders, nor could we get freshly baked bread and butter for the cheese...the other tables had to do without.. A rather sad expectant evening was somewhat ruined. As we were close to midnight...or a few minutes before, we had to reach out to the DJ that night and at the last minute turn off his music so we could attend the midnight bells. Some obviously a little higher on the ranking obviously wanted our table instead of their own....we later found out....so we peasant knolls just had to move... A bit of a practice experience...and it wasn't cheap....

19/12/2024: This "Gods" pretends to be more than it is, because in reality it's just a nice farmhouse. The prices are way too high.

14/12/2024: It's just a lovely place - great people behind the bar and lots of exciting things to offer. This time it was a delicious homemade mulled wine and apple slices - which was just supplemented with a Gouden Carolus Christmas beer - Merry Christmas 🎅🎄

15/10/2024: Really nice place with nice people and really reasonable pizza. Listen to the recommendations. Their novelty pizzas are super delicious. Their dough is definitely the highlight. They have understood that a pizza must be crispy, thin and with carrying capacity. Definitely the best on the street.

29/10/2024: Very friendly welcome, the ribeye steak was fried to perfection, the fried potatoes were just as tasty as the exceptional vegetable side dish. We wish the young owners much success.
