17/12/2025: At the buffet you have to queue all the way through the hall and when you get there there is nothing left of everything, it is only replenished when you have gone back down. Risalamande was boring.
14/12/2025: I attended this year's Christmas party including overnight stay for the second year in a row and again it was a fantastic experience, the staff are absolutely unique, all dishes served are well prepared and there is plenty, the plates are full, the music is good and the owner himself is there to welcome and sing for you,
A lovely and cozy place that can be recommended to everyone, and I know I will come again.

The city's Bread And Cafe

27/09/2025: We came to eat at the restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was top notch. We ordered the 3 course menu of the month, even though it is a fine dining restaurant, the dishes were large enough to fill you up.
The restaurant is beautiful, modern and cozy. The service is professional and friendly. The food was top notch, really worth recommending.

24/01/2026: A lovely restaurant in the basement. We were a large party of 13 people and had a 4-course menu. There was plenty of food, everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented, and it tasted really good. The atmosphere was cozy and very atmospheric. I would definitely come again.

25/07/2025: They have a gluten free pizza base! And it’s terrific! It’s a thin and crispy base, it’s tasty, and not grainy. It was delicious. The toppings were also delicious. They staff members were all very nice to me, even though they were busy and I don’t speak Danish.

Suitable for both a la carte and parties.
The staff are young people at STU who are passionate about their work.

SportsCenter Danmark - Vejen Idrætscenter

19/12/2025: I am generally very disappointed with Vejen Idrætscenter's training center. Between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m., especially on weekdays, the center is often so crowded that it is difficult to get a proper workout at all. Large groups of young people take up a lot of space and many machines, making it almost impossible for other members to get there.
In addition, a large part of the equipment is worn and defective. Several machines seem tired and poorly maintained, which does not live up to the level that one should be able to expect.
The price of 375 DKK per month is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable. It is on par with – or higher than – larger and significantly better training centers in Copenhagen, which offer more space, better equipment and generally better facilities.
Overall, it seems as if the center is more focused on making money than on ensuring its members proper training conditions, sufficient space and facilities that match the price. Vejen Idrætscenter would clearly benefit from real competition, for example from chains like PureGym, which often manage to deliver better facilities and more value for money.
