beautiful place, atmosphere and nice employees, but the place is a bit overhyped and overcrowded for me. small portions, we ate about 3/10, but the taste was very good :)

The food & beverage was good, but the experience was disturbed by a significant amount of flies that we repeatedly had wave away. It affected both us and neighboring tables. When we told the staff, they said they were aware and that the place was being sprayed regularly. This needs to be solved properly to warrant the price point.

The cappuccino was really good and the service was beautiful. Otherwise, the tables are very closely spaced, just 10 cm apart, making it very loud and crowded. Profit maximization is at its best. The atmosphere, accordingly, isn't particularly cozy. Service is quite slow; we waited about five minutes at the entrance, even though there were plenty of empty tables and the staff wasn't too busy.

although the spinach-celery-something juice served in a vase was a bit of surprise, everything turned out delicious and super fresh. the staff was really friendly

Sushi Anaba

28/10/2025: Sushi Anaba was absolutely delightful! Next to Salt (in Budapest), Sushi Anaba was one of our favorite restaurants and experiences during our journey across Europe. We skipped the wine pairing and went with wine by the bottle . The two I would recommend that paired well with the coursed meal are: Domaine Vacheron Les Romains Sancerre; and Gerard Boulay Sancerre La Cote. Lastly, and not to distract from the food, they had the best restrooms at any of the Michelin restaurants we've been lucky enough to dine at. Choose Door #2.
27/10/2025: The food is great, the service is great compare with most of other restaurants. But since it is award as Michelin one star and based on my experience I would only think it is 3/5 for the food. First of all, I think the vinegar rice I had is a bit too salty which over take the some white fish nigiri flavour. Secondly, I had one fish bone in of the nigiri. Third, I think most of the nigiri is using same sauce with all kind of fish is a bit too simple. Last thing I would like to mention is that the bowl of the soup dish I had is a bit broken. As Michelin one star restaurants, I think this is a bit unpleasant experience.
