I tried the cardamom bun, cinnamon roll, pan au chocolate, and sourdough roll w butter. The bun and sourdough roll were great. The other two, not my thing. They seemed to be over baked. Both the pan au chocolate and cinnamon roll were dark brown instead of golden like they usually are, not sure if that is a local preference or not but it was a bit disappointing to the palate. Good coffee, good, quick service.

A truly stellar cardamom bun, for anyone that believes there isn't such a thing as too much cardamom. Fragrant, soft dough, very minor criticism that there was a slightly noticeable yeast after-taste, but overall one of the best cardamom buns. The croissant had good flakiness but was slightly denser than I prefer in the middle. The yoghurt with granola was another standout - lovely, thick yoghurt, super-crunchy and nutty granola (which the menu says comes from the Københavns Bageri), and a fresh berry compote. Very simple but each individual element executed with care. A cozy, calm atmosphere in which I would be happy to spend an hour working or reading.

Best BMO in Copenhagen and that coffee is the best in the city too. Get this place.

This is a top 3 bakery in Copenhagen! They have the best cardamom bun in Denmark, amazing morning bun and quality coffee. Plenty of indoor seating and friendly staff. During summer try their ice cream!

The most delicious food I’ve had in all of Copenhagen—great taste, presentation, and very high-quality ingredients. But above all, the service was excellent, unmatched, and very warm. They made me feel at home. I’ll always come back! Congratulations 10/10

Fantastisk brød bag duggede ruder Vi er i toppen af københavnske brød og kage oplevelser. Jeg har ikke en finger at sætte på deres udsalg, som må siges at overgå byens generelle luksus udvalg. Til gengæld er det mig uforståeligt, at stedet ikke investerer i udluftning?! Det løber ned af vinduerne med dug. Det virker direkte modstridende, at man er så fokuseret på at lave byens bedste brød og kager, og så er man så sløset til at opbevare mennesker i sine lokaler.
