Absolutely wonderful hidden gem for thoughtful, cozy meals. Very friendly service as well. Pictured is rye pasta with miso butter, a salad with local pear, and sea buckthorn x rosemary kombucha.

We were visiting Copenhagen and decided to come in on a whim as we were staying nearby. The service and pasta was exceptionally. Would 100% recommend.

23/07/2025: The ambiance is very pleasant with soft inviting lighting and music. The dishes had wonderful flavor, especially the tartar, spätzle, and the cannelloni. It was delicious. I will say that even the "larger" dishes recommended for a main, at 245/265 kr each, were way too small, it felt disappointing in size, and was the same size as the "appetizers." The fish looked like a tiny business card size serving, very small. The strawberry tarte tatin to finish the meal was excellent, and much larger than said fish en croute. 🤷🏼‍♀️
22/07/2025: I came to Frank with high expectations, but it didn’t quite deliver. Some dishes were genuinely good, especially the pork and the Gillardeau oyster. However, others missed the mark. The fried oyster was boring, and the side salad was far too salty. The restaurant promotes itself as Asian fusion inspired, but as someone Asian, I didn’t find anything particularly new or exciting. Many reviews mention bold and unique flavors, but I have to disagree. Overall, a 3-star experience for me. On top of that, the service felt cold. The staff member who looked after our table wasn’t friendly and made us feel a bit left out, which added to the overall disappointment. A 3-star experience for me.

30/05/2026: ★★★★★ Tonight was one of those rare dining experiences that you remember long after you’ve left the restaurant. Today was my birthday, and I hadn’t made any reservations. While wandering through Copenhagen, I came across this restaurant by chance and decided to walk in. What a wonderful decision that turned out to be. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. As a solo diner, I was treated with the same care and attention as any other guest, which made my birthday celebration feel even more special. The entire team was outstanding, but I would especially like to thank a lovely waitress from Argentina and a French waiter. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness made the evening truly memorable. And the food… wow. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. It had been a very long time since I had enjoyed a meal this much. Every bite was a delight. I left with a smile on my face and a heart full of gratitude. What started as a spontaneous choice became one of the highlights of my birthday. Thank you for an unforgettable evening. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
