Wonderful, cozy hotel. I would like to thank the very attentive and friendly reception staff, the chefs prepare excellent and delicious dishes, and the rooms are kept very clean. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and cozy. Excellent terrace on the 4th floor, amazing view of planes taking off and landing. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday! However, my stay at your hotel was an unpleasant surprise. I stayed there from May 12 to May 21, 2025. A big minus. I stayed there for 10 days. I used the shampoo and body gel that were in the room. When I checked out, I took the rest with me, as it almost ran out in 10 days. Later they charged me 490 kroner. When I checked out, I asked the administrator to go up to the room while I was waiting for a taxi and see if everything was okay there. The administrator went and saw me in the lobby, but said nothing about the detergents. Later they sent me a bill for 490 kroner. I think this is unacceptable. They should warn you before you check in. It turns out if I brought almost empty bottles, they are for new customers, do they add detergent to them? I was sorry. Ok

Very little water pressure in the shower

Hotel located right next to the airport. Rooms not very special, personally I found the beds very soft Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good👍

I was there for the first time, the hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes walk, check in at midnight also went well, a nice employee was present. Now to the room: The bed is very bad, the mattress is very thin, even for a child it won't be enough, there was no place in the bathroom where you can put the shampoo etc.. No water, no paper towels.
