My family did not enjoy the set meals or the vegetarian set meal. We don't see what the hype is for the food here but the service, atmosphere, and ingredients of the food were high quality. Flavours bored us and the nearly 3 hours for all the set menu dishes to be served left us feeling our day was drained away.

The three-course menu was amazing. An explosion of flavors in the mouth. Highly recommended.

On my second visit to Copenhagen, I returned without hesitation to the best place to enjoy smørrebrød: Aamanns. The variety and flavor are unique, a true celebration of Danish cuisine. The service was excellent, with warm and professional attention—we were served by a very friendly and respectful Argentinian waitress who made the experience even more pleasant. A Michelin star is truly worth it in the heart of the Scandinavian city.

We had the 8-course tasting menu. Apparently the dishes were designed by the restaurant to be shared. This concept worked reasonably well for the starters, but it did not felt right for the main course, which was unfortunately served cold. Overall, the execution of the menu didn’t quite meet our expectations. The service was warm and professional. However, our table was placed in a corner and we were often overlooked, which made it difficult to get the staff’s attention at times. All in all, a mix of thoughtful ideas and good service, but the experience didn’t fully deliver.

Been here a couple of times. Great location, nice place and the smørrebrød are very good. BUT you do get the impression that there are a lot of tourists. That is also the feeling you get from the people working there that as a guest - you are just another tourist.

What a stunning restaurant - modern, elegant, and filled with natural light. Aamanns 1921 was recommended to us by a Danish friend, and as visitors from Australia, we were very pleased with our experience here. The food was outstanding - beautifully presented, rich in flavour, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Our waitress was not only attentive but also very knowledgeable, taking time to explain the dishes and share insights. It was a true fine dining experience with a Nordic twist. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

This Michelin-starred restaurant offers a revisited take on Scandinavian cuisine. The lunch menu offers a choice of three options (each with two main courses and one dessert). The portions are generous, and you won't be left wanting more. The presentation is beautiful, and the ingredients used are clearly of excellent quality. The value for money is satisfactory, especially since the service is friendly and impeccable. I highly recommend it!

We live in Copenhagen ourselves and have been here before when having visits. The place itself is very nice and the food is very - like very - good. There is just something missing when it comes to the overall experience and service. Like we said: there are most likely 70-80% tourists here… and then you do not get the same level of service due to the fact that you don’t have regular guests or staff as other places do. Again: food is very good but we’ll continue to prefer other places where the service is just better - being a regular guest or not

Este es un lugar realmente hermoso con buena comida. El menú es relativamente corto, pero ofrece un montón de excelentes platos. Teníamos espárragos, servidos en pan, camarones pelados, salmón frío y albóndigas danesas. Cada plato era absolutamente delicioso. También había una gran variedad de bebidas alcohólicas disponibles. El servicio era muy bueno.
