In Smorrbrod heaven! What a treat of delicious toppings and pleasant service. Who thought food could be tasty art.

During my holiday, I ended up having an unplanned solo dinner after casually walking by the restaurant. The experience turned out to be a highlight — the atmosphere was calm, the service was professional, and the food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that next time I’m in the city, I’m definitely going to try the full menu.

Very delicious open sandwiches (also priced accordingly). Two are enough. We had to wait a very long time for our waiter every time there was something.

Well, this is great. Everything is great: the atmosphere, the service, the food, the location. I recommend booking because it's packed, and we were lucky to get a spot at the bar (I personally love it). The menu features fresh and tasty produce, a selection of beers and wines, and an aquavit organ. In short, don't hesitate.

I booked this restaurant for the last dinner of our stay in Copenhagen and it was also my birthday. We took the menu with various courses, most of which are to share. The menu is available online so you can consult it in advance. The environment is elegant and pleasant and the waiters are professional and friendly. We were followed, among others, by a girl who also spoke Italian! At dessert time they gave me a candle to blow out for my birthday, much appreciated! The bathrooms are clean and there is great hand soap. Cool environment, good food, excellent service and high prices but in line with the city.

Be sure to make a reservation. We went to try smorrebrod. Since the menu changes according to the season, there is not always the same variety. But the sauces, greens and decorations were very nice. The ones we ate were potato and shrimp varieties. We ordered hummus. It was enough for two people. We ordered danish cheese and jam for dessert. The wines were nice. The service was nice.

I eat at Aamanns every time I'm home from the US. Always fantastic food service and atmosphere. The food is just the best.

We walked in and didn’t have a reservation and though the restaurant was packed, the staff was accommodating and found us a table in 20 minutes. The food was great and balanced of Nordic flavors with a twist - the smørrebrød with curry herring was heavenly and others were very good (though the beef tartare was a bit too delicate). The homemade lemonade with elderflower was very tasty as well. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Et stykke tiden sidst, men heldigvis er intet forandret og det er stadigt et godt frokost sted i indre by, til enten et par madder eller flere. Her var godt fyldt op på denne mandag og min kollega og jeg fik hver 2 stykker og sluttede så lige af med lidt ost, som var den kedeligste da de alle 3 var ret neutrale og blide i smagen. Vores andre madder var såvel flotte som velsmagende.

Var inde få julemenuen sammen med en kammerat og alt var i den skønneste orden. Den rare svenske tjener sørgede godt for os og retterne kom man i julestemning af. Anden var lækker, så jeg kunne godt have haft mere og helleflynderen til forret sprang skalaen.
