Danish “smørrebrød” with a modern twist. The food is absolutely amazing and the presentation is different which gives a new dimension to smørrebrød. It’s definitely a place to try when visiting Copenhagen.

Really delicious food and service minded staff. We were there on a fully booked day, which meant that there were a lot of people squeezed into the room. You sat very close to the other tables, which did not make the atmosphere as pleasant.

Phenomenal meal was had. Twice in two days! Better than the sum of its parts!! The ingredients are top notch, the combinations of these ingredients are inventive but comforting. The flavors and fresh herbs are astounding. And the staff is so friendly you begin to believe the Scandinavian happiness studies.

The smörrebröds are little works of art and each one is incredibly delicious. Prices are very ambitious for us Germans, the water flat rate saved us from bankruptcy on the first day. A wonderful first evening of our extended Copenhagen weekend.

08/10/2024: Expensive, but good, "cream bun" It cost 30 Danish kroner. Bought the one called Yuzu. It had a very slight but perhaps special taste of citrus. Will probably stop by again and taste more of the sweets 😀
23/09/2024: I had one classic Flødeboller with vanilla-filling and one with black currant-filling and they were really delicious. All flavors are gluten free, as the bottom is made of marzipan. The filling is really creamy and the chocolate is crunchy. The staff was also friendly and I loved the plate the food was served on :)
