The restaurant is centrally located and tastefully decorated. The use of mirrors demonstrates good space management, and the counter filled with glass jars of ingredients adds a touch of liveliness and simplicity. The welcome is a strong point; the waiters are extremely kind and thoroughly explain each dish. We tried the sunflower seed hummus served with rye chips, the Smørrebrød with salmon and shrimp, and finally the rib-eye steak with grilled vegetables. All dishes are beautifully presented and have a unique, balanced flavor. If I had to find a flaw, it would be the green beans that were a little burnt, but the dish wasn't ruined.
A truly classy place, and I'd gladly return.

The shrimp open sandwich is heavenly good! Even the shadow is artistic! I wanna go back and try it again
It’s weird though, that although there are empty seats, walk in guests were told that it was fully booked. Until I finished my meal, the seats were still empty. Maybe they thought everyone wanted a 2-3 hour proper dinner so there wasn’t enough time for that.

Smørrebrød in a league of its own. Incredibly delicious all the way through, from cold-smoked salmon, mackerel in tomato in a new interpretation and finally the world's best cold bowl with Danish strawberries and ice cream.

Generally well made food. The dessert we had was huge.
Many seatings. Modern interior.
I saw that we got less pre-dinner bread (the other one's had some sort of crispbread too). Don't know why. Hopefully, it was just a mistake.

At first, the receptionist was quite warm and welcoming -- she kindly explained the menu to us and then let us decide if we still want to dine in.
In terms of the food, the tomato with cottage cheese was refreshing, the steak was decent, the dessert was pleasant. However, the smoked salmon on the open sandwich was way too salty for us, but my guests tried their best to wash the food down with lots of water. When asked about the food, we gave our honest opinion and the waitress/receptionist said she could've asked the kitchen to make another dish had we not finished the salty salmon. Then came the fish, it was still a little on the salty side but we didn't mind. However, the fish skin was completely burnt and tasted very bitter---one of my guests had to go rinse his mouth with water in the restroom after tasting the bitter fish skin. So the waitress/receptionist came again and we mentioned that the food was still a little salty for us although much better, and pointed out how bitter the fish skin was. Her attitude took a real turn after hearing our comment this time. She made the speculation that we may be used to bland food, and then dismissed our comment about the fish skin by stating that there's Yuzu on the fish. I believe I can tell the difference between Yuzu zest and burnt fish skin. The rest of the evening really went downhill as the smile and warmth went away. Why ask for comments on the food if you're not open to criticism? The whole experience was quite unpleasant and disappointing considering this is a Michelin starred restaurant.

We wanted to try the smorrebrod, but this restaurant offers a wide variety, especially at lunchtime, for dine-in or takeout. For dinner, there were only two smorrebrods on the menu as starters. So we decided to create a meal with several appetizers and starters.
Everything was very good.
Special mention goes to the shrimp smorrebrod, the aged beef tartare, and the mackerel.
We wanted to try a Danish white wine; there was only one on the menu, which was served by the glass, and we found it very good. A Solaris grape variety, a dry white with very pronounced aromas of white-fleshed fruits, served chilled with a nice acidity, perfect with the smorrebrod on the menu, oysters, lobster, and more.
The restaurant's atmosphere is pleasant, and the dining counter (for 4) is particularly attractive, with its jars filled with infused ingredients of various colors. Is this the owner's collection of rums?
Before entering the dining room, you glimpse the open kitchen. The goal isn't to make a show of yourself in front of the customers. But this window allows you to take a curious look at the number of people in the kitchen, and to be impressed by the cleanliness and organization that reigns there.

delicious food, delicious wine and can highly recommend the lunch menu with accompanying desert. The cold dish was a little thin and lacked a little more filling but super nice taste.
The service was great and wonderfully accommodating. Didn't speak Danish but was super helpful.
The atmosphere was ok but it also seems like it doesn't quite have its own style, but very posh and fancy and with many details. but could well find a complete style like they had in the toilets which felt more like a real experience in terms of atmosphere than the dining area itself.
Overall a great food experience and would like to go back :)

We live in Copenhagen ourselves and have been here before when having visits.
The place itself is very nice and the food is very - like very - good. There is just something missing when it comes to the overall experience and service. Like we said: there are most likely 70-80% tourists here… and then you do not get the same level of service due to the fact that you don’t have regular guests or staff as other places do.
Again: food is very good but we’ll continue to prefer other places where the service is just better - being a regular guest or not
Este es un lugar realmente hermoso con buena comida.
El menú es relativamente corto, pero ofrece un montón de excelentes platos. Teníamos espárragos, servidos en pan, camarones pelados, salmón frío y albóndigas danesas. Cada plato era absolutamente delicioso.
También había una gran variedad de bebidas alcohólicas disponibles.
El servicio era muy bueno.
