Aarø Camping Haderslev

Nice little island campsite with very nice operators. Sanitary facilities are a bit older, but always clean. Well-kept complex with beautiful RV parking spaces. Beautiful dog walks nearby.

Super nice welcome, German owners who walk around the site with the campers and explain everything. The place is very clean and nicely located. There is a small petting zoo. You can even take the alpacas for a walk if you ask. The island is not very big, but you can walk along the beach very nicely. The sanitary facilities are very clean. There is a roll and bread service. There is also a small shop for the essentials. Eating in the on-site restaurant is highly recommended. Unfortunately we didn't find this campsite before :-(. Actually, you shouldn't recommend this place at all, otherwise more campers would come here. Thank you to the operators and we'll see each other again 100%.

The all-round package from this campsite is great for me. Highly recommended. I'm happy about being able to stand upright here with the motorhome without having to drive up ramps.. THANK YOU

Me and my girlfriend come to the site every single year, we have done it for 14 years and we enjoy it every year. It is Denmark's nicest campsite where there is room for everyone. I think the campsite deserves a gold plate

Great campsite located on an island, great for relaxing and unwinding. Beautiful walks on the beach, enjoying the sound of the Baltic Sea and simply doing nothing.

We stayed with this wonderful camping couple for 2 nights. The place is cozy. The facilities looked nice and clean. There are great opportunities for cycling, hiking and exploring on Årø. The family does many different initiatives, so follow their website.

We often come here with our motorhome and 2 dogs... As the numerous reviews already describe: warm operators, great service, beautiful place... 😊

Aarø is always worth a trip. Especially if you stay at this campsite. The operators are super nice, the place is just great. There is nothing missing here. I'll be back. Vi ses!
