Our visit to Alchemist was extraordinary. The dining experience was theatrical, emotional, and deeply imaginative. The evening unfolded like a series of curated worlds, each dish designed not only to taste remarkable but to provoke thought and sensation. Some of the impressions were outside my usual comfort zone, and I actually appreciated that. What made the experience truly exceptional was how attentive and intuitive the staff were. They noticed my reactions, checked in with genuine care, and adjusted the pacing and presentation so I could explore without feeling overwhelmed. Every interaction felt intentional, respectful, and tailored to what I was comfortable trying. The level of artistry, the choreography of the service, and the immersive environment under the dome all came together to create a night I’ll never forget. Alchemist is a place that expands your boundaries while making you feel completely supported. I’m grateful I experienced it.

Best restaurant experience and “experience” for a life!

Wauw, juist wauw. The deserve 1 star though for spoiling the rest of my restaurant experiences. Nothing can trump this. OkOne minor remark on the excessive fee the booking site takes. Absolutely unnecessary.

I had high expectations - and they were exceeded! A fantastic evening of "total theater", where all your senses were bombarded from start to finish. They play with sound and light, graphics and music. And it's all "just wrapping" a festive fireworks display of a menu where the details have been taken care of and flavor combinations have been experimented with (not all equally successful, but never bad). You can throw yourself into an impressive wine list - or let yourself be taken on a journey with one of the exciting drink pairings (with and without alcohol).

Alchemist is a show and an experience like no other. Wildly delicious and at the same time provocative in a good way! From the moment you step through the impressive door you are safe in their hands through their completely unique universe. Something everyone should try! Will definitely come back 🔥

I’ve been a chef for 14 years, and this was the single greatest restaurant experience I’ve ever had!!!! I had such high expectations, and the fact that the food, staff, and wine exceeded them all is just mind boggling. The staff went above and beyond to make the night exceptional. I wish I could remember all of their names. The theme of the night was great, and all of the food was ridiculously impressive. (I still dream about the lobster ) would definitely choose a wine pairing still trying to get every bottle that was on my list. Even at this price point this restaurant is nothing but perfection !! When here with friends and my wife celebrate my 10 year anniversary, hopefully I’ll make it back for 15 years.

Absolutely unreal experience. The food's flavor is not compromised for the innovation, either. Go in with an open mind and be prepared to try things that may make you uncomfortable. It is one of a kind and if youre fortunate enoigh to get a reservation, make sure to take it all in. Also good to go in as blind as you can! (There are more courses than posted photos)
