I don't know what to say, but 100% worth the money, Thor and his colleagues managed to make our Anniversary unforgettable, we told them we had an anniversary boom, 0.5 seconds later there is a flag, we have to go to the toilet boom, then our napkins are folded and the chair is pushed in, and all this is without talking about the food, wow 15 taste experiences, each of which was unforgettable. Impeccable service and atmosphere. Professional, knowledgeable, yet relaxed. Food measured up to expectations. Impressive wine pairings. Even more impressive alchohol-free pairings with juices, teas and infusions.

The food was really good, fresh ingredients and well put together dishes. We went for lunch but left a bit hungry still. I could have asked for more food to be honest. I think if the main which was a delicious guinea fowl could have been double the size the lunch would be perfect and 5/5 stars. The staff were excellent and we had a good chat

I had a truly excellent first experience at Alimentum. The pricing for the mixes was very reasonable, and the atmosphere was both vibrant and inviting. The food was exceptionally well prepared, and the quality of service matched it. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, it remained comfortable and never felt overwhelming, allowing for a pleasant and relaxed dining experience. The staff were consistently attentive, courteous, and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it is a thoroughly impressive establishment.
