Top of the class Really great, innovative food with a true north jutland touch, while having a super green circular mindset. One example of a dish giving the vibes from north, was the piece of game with a lovely sauce, which was served with a bread stuffed with the prow of the beast, and chefs words were "then you can scoop up the remaining sauce with the bread" - really lovely. The service was indeed top of the line, really in line with the premium price paid, but truly a nice experience. Really recommend the experience, with an underline on experience, as it is more than just food served. Go with the wine menu also, as it is really nicely tailored to the food, and the service can provide really in depth information about it.

Had received a gift card for Alimentum as a Christmas present from our son. It was 2000 kroner. We had 4 people going, and booked time for lunch on 1/3, as it costs NOK 500 per envelope. When we arrived we were told that the lunch consisted of 6 servings. 3 snacks, a starter, a main course and a dessert. We all chose their juice menu for the meal. It cost NOK 200, but it turned out to only consist of 3 glasses that were to be served for starter, main course and dessert, which meant that we had to order drinks for the 3 snacks. The waiter nudged us to try a champagne, of which we were served approx. half of a bottle. It turned out to cost close to NOK 2,500, or rather NOK 1,240, which we paid for half. I don't think I've paid so much for champagne since Maxim Bar it closed 😉 Well! But the food was fantastic. And in addition to the above-mentioned peasant capture, the service was extremely tolerable. We will definitely be back. But we are guaranteed never to drink bubbles at Alimentum again 🥰

Vi var i går på besøg hos Alimentum og fik deres hverdags gourmet menu med tilhørende vinmenu. Sindssyg lækker og velsmagende mad, velafstemt vinmenu, mega god betjening og hyggelig atmosfære til en fantastisk aften i gode rammer. En oplevelse på ca. 4 timer, hvor man virkelig følte sig i centrum blandt restaurantens personale. En oplevelse i høj klasse, der klart kan anbefales!

One of Aalborg's best restaurants. Not only is fantastic food served, but the staff is also in a class of its own. They deliver their knowledge with passion and depth, and don't just play off something. If you want a great dining experience in Aalborg, don't miss Alimentum.

Stor ros for vel tilsmagte retter hvor smage var prioriteret over pincet. Noget af det bedste man vi har smagt længe. Vin og saft menu var veltilpasset og omgivelserne hyggelige.

Indescribable........... and yet. My wife and I were on a Christmas shopping trip and had chosen to have lunch at Restaurant Alimentum. We were greeted at the door by the sweetest waiter who showed us to a table for 2 by the window. We had ordered a 9 serving with an accompanying wine menu. The food came in stages or heats. Beautifully arranged and a detailed story about what we needed and where it came from. At the same time, there was also time to ask questions and find out what and how. First we got 4 soups, a delicious snack consisting of: Karl Johan - pig Jerusalem artichokes - malt 2020 Riesling Trocken - Germany Octopus - chili Glass bowl - fresh cheese Menu: Sourdough bread - whipped butter 2020 Grauburgunder - Germany Hamachi - tomato - radish 2019 Leithaberg, Chardonnay - Austria Celery - hazelnuts - brown butter 2019 Cotes Du Rhone - France Krondyt - beder - elderberry 2020 Epilog, Guldbæk Vingård - Denmark Thyboost - mushrooms Carrot - honey 2020 Les Grains des Copains - Framkrig The pictures speak for themselves. Visited Alimentum with my husband on a calm Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday. Everything was in the highest class - food, wine, juice, information, service, atmosphere. We felt very special. :) The fact that they are so into ecological products and sustainability is fantastic. That is the way to go. Have we already told all our friends about this amazing experience? Yes! And we will continue on doing that. Thank you so much! P.S. The price is on the high end. So maybe not an everyday thing, but definitely for a special occasion for someone that appreciates excellent food and outstanding service.
